Tim Hortons

Delicious food that healthier then competing fast food service. They have the best coffee I didn't make at home. However they run out of certain foods like bacon or a type of bread frequently, which only speaks to how fresh the food is, but it can get annoying.Food: 5/5

The tim Hortons in Midland sucks no good staff all look mean and act rude as hell. Never open on time and never open until the hours posted. I love Tim's coffee but not worth the hassle to get it. Needs new staff they are obviously incompetent. It's bad business don't go here

This restaurant is falling on my list. Best coffee, but still no inside service, closed when it shouldn't be some days, the lighting system outside has been compromised for what seems like years now. Sara is great, whoever Sara is...is saving this place! I still go for my morning coffee because it is the best quick coffee for the money. Years ago don't know if they still do they sponsored my kids hockey teams and they had a tag in the jerseys they could show and get free timbitsdonut holes. Cmon Tims...come back to us!

Please fix your credit machine already. I have to stop in another location if i really want Timmys so I know it isnt a company wide issue. Seriously not everyone carries cash anymore. I am not one to complain but this has been going on for way too long.

Used to love this place. Coffee is still good. You can get a glass cup if you request one inside only, obviously. Lately every time we stop in they are out of most of the donuts.

Waited at the drive thru window for over 5 minutes for someone to take our order. Called hello, hello and no one came over the speaker. Clearly the store was open. We ended up leaving without even placing an order.

Ts August 21st 2022 11am, no workers present at this location. There are no signs to indicate that they're closed, normal hours of operation. Many customers waited a long time, I went nearby to jacks shopped, came out, still nobody there working. I normally love Tim Hortons, but it appears nobody showed up for work!! Maybe Thanos snapped them away!

We were given the wrong tim bits, out sandwich was soggy as it was handed to us without a bag. They also shorted us our drinks.Food: 1/5

I rarely write reviews because I believe in second chances but the Midland Michigan Tim Hortons has had multiple chances and is by far the worst restaurant I have ever dealt with. Their expresso machine is down for clean at 12:30 in the afternoon last time this happened, they are out of expresso, no more donuts, the list of excuses not to serve anyone goes on and on….the first few times it was like “okay, it’s only happened a couple of times,” but now it’s happening almost everyday, no exaggeration
