Nice location with a well-stocked selection of donuts and other items. It is located in a nice little town and fairly close to the highway. If you need your Timmy fix this is a great option. The staff was helpful and seemed friendly. Always great donuts!
Castlegar Tim Horton I stood inside this morning for 8 mins no one else in the at the time apart from staff that blanked me t try he 2 of them looked at me standing then as I said after 5 mins she said give me a couple of mins at this point I just left and went up the road to Mc Donald’s

Good old Tim Hortons - they are the same no matter where you go - B.C. , Ontario, Alberta etc. And that's a good thing !
Over the years this place has went down hill the coffee is off the donuts are stale the food is meh the staff is meh I guess they still make a solid bagel with butter and bacon. But the bacon is getting razor thin and the bagel gets rock hard quick so yeah it gets a meh from me.
I went there for the first time in 3 years and the service is even worse. Screwed up our order and when we brought it his attention, he tried to have us buy the extra stuff that we didn't order. Perhaps if the order board worked and showed us our order this could have been prevented.
Had the potato wedges, they were old and tasted blue!
I go here often but honestly, everytime I ask for a dipping sauce they always seem to forget it. Other than that the workers there are very polite and are pretty awesome.
