This is one of the single most disgusting places in the food industry. These washrooms look like they have never been cleaned. From explosive diarrhea remnants to a grey film coating on the sink. If this is what their washrooms look like than what does their kitchen look like?
All in all it was just your average Tim Hortons... there was coffee being served and fast food breakfast options. The cheese on my breakfast sandwich was pretty cold / not at all melted so that could have been better but other than that it was decent.Food: 3/5
Half of the time the cashier doesn’t know what I’m trying to order, I mean I understand if you’re new. But not knowing what a Biscuit Sausage is, is ridiculous! Also it’s really slow during the morning. That’s very understandable although the cashier having to ask another employee to help with my simple order is not good. As a cashier you should know at least the basic’s of the menu for the company you’re working for.
Visited the Tim's at Dufferin & Castlefield. This was the 2nd time an the same thing happened. It's a very busy place and they seem either understaffed or disorganized. Instead of having 1 person stay take orders with 2 cooking,& prepping, they each kept rotating around - order, prep, order prep. Sometimes one cash register then switch to another. Really chaotic. I decided to drive out of my way to the drive thru Tim's on Caledonia.
Never going back here again! If I could rate it lower than 1 I would. Drive thru staff morning shifts needs a lot of improvement, once I get to the speaker I always greet "good morning, how are you?" Never get the courtesy returned, they always sloppily make my order, and quite often give me the wrong order. Today was the final straw for me as I said to myself "I'll give them one last chance since it's on the way home".....yea I regret it. Ordered a sausage breakfast sandwhich for the "Any size coffee + classic breakfast sandwhich" and thus is what I got..Sandwhich tossed together, no egg the English muffin barely had any butter on it, at least they got my sub cheddar part right? I highly recommend going to a different location than this!
I have only tried visited the drive thru at this location. Happy to see the large parking lot here. There drive thru has double ordering lanes. Sadly, there is no outdoor garbage/recycling containers provided and people have littered the ground in Tim Hortons cups. There are two benches to sit on outside when the weather is nice. I found the drive thru to be quick and friendly.
After 5 minutes in an empty drivethrough they made my coffee wrong... I asked for milk but they put cream. No time to go back so had to throw it away.Food: 2/5
I always come to this branch in the morning around 7AM before going to work, unfortunately the mobile order service is not consistent. Staff does not know how to prioritize, I understand that they get busy in the store but please do not forget to process the mobile order. I ordered online before leaving the house, arrived at the store waiting for another 10 minutes. My understanding is order in advance online and just pick up my mobile order but this morning again that is not the case its jot crazy busy, I thiught they forgot about until I approached the counter person and ask why my order is not processed after the fact long line ups are gone I waited patiently, but not next time she just disregard and not even acknowledge my question not even sorry for the long wait. Need tetrainibg with this people!!! ATTENTION: OWNER, PLS! DO SOMETHING NOT FAIR MOBILE ORDER SHOULD BE PRIORITIZED ACCORDINGLY.
This Timmies is always a great stop, whether it be drive thru or in restaurant, the staff are always friendly, the drinks are made right and the food is always tasty while the sweets are always fresh, good place to meet up with friends before a shopping trip in the area !
Excellent service at this Tim Hortons location I've always found the staff to be pleasant helpful and efficient. I like to order from the all-day breakfast ala carte menu. I skipped the bread because of my celiac disease no gluten for me. Two egg two cheese two bacon 100% yummy.
