The owner let go of the BEST employee ever! People came in knowing they would get great service and China knew her customers hence she knew what they wanted and had it ready! Now, you can tell it’s not good at all and for those that are there and are good employees , I hope they’re being treated well! I came today and they didn’t give me TWO of the donuts unpaid for !! They don’t answer the phone either!
This place is so bad!!! One car ahead of took 15 minutes. I ordered sandwich and a Diet Pepsi. I had to repeat my order three times. The woman was laughing at me. I just pulled around to pick it up. By the time I drank almost half of my Diet Pepsi the taste changed. It taste like cleaning products. I just got out of the hospital was in for a week. Bacteria infection in my stomach intestines. I truly believe I was poisoned.
Went through the drive after 5 pm about 2 months ago. I ordered a donut and a Carmel Iced Coffee. There was some delay with the speaker, then I was told to pull around. A lighter-skinned black woman with big eyes and bucked teeth came to the window. She had a huge smile on her face while handing me my order. I handed her my card and she declined to take it and said it was taken care of. I thanked her and drove off, assuming that I was a part of a pay-it-forward situation. NOPE! I got extremely sick after eating and drinking my order. That woman did something to my order and didn't take payment so I wouldn't have proof to complain later. I drove past there today and was reminded of that terrible experience. I will never return, be vigilant if you choose.
Bad service . We were served by a bitter woman. she told us to make the order quickly for her because I have a long line. In addition, he did not give me the complete order, not as I asked for it.
If your doordash does not work how about take it down! Instead of taking people's money. Edited; they stopped using Tim Hortons app but will still take your money..
Vallen is an amazing worker she gave me my coffee every fast and She is also every good at her job thank you so much for everything you do you also have very nice staff!! you are the best person to talk to and you’re not here to joke around you’re here to work I love to see that as a mom with 3 kids I know how to hustle but you Hustle even harder! I love Tim Hortons but the workers were jerks. All ya have to do is say hello and apparently that's too much to ask at this place
I asked before I order if they still have the steak egg and cheese sandwich on croissant and they say yes then they give my order with bacon egg and cheese. I went back to complain the MGR. Said I heard u saying bacon. Why will ask for steak and order bacon then she adds it’s more money. Freaking $13. For 2 small coffee and 2 bacon egg sandwich she added another $3:20 to give me steak egg and cheese. This is a rip off I’ve been eating at Tim Horton for long time this is the worst I’ve seen.
They took about 15 minutes to take one customer’s order. Out of breakfast items. Cashier seemed new and had to take my order 3 times. Store seems crowded and unorganized. I tripped on a high chair that was right in front where orders are taken. Glad I didn’t fall.
Friendly staff fast service, love my morning stops at this location!!
