All 5 stars purely for their staff member Nathan. He was very helpful when they did not have an item I wanted and suggested another option for me. By far one of the most delightful people I’ve ever spoken with on the phone. If he’s not already the manager he definitely should be simply for the way he conducts customer service.

We went through the drive-thru. They didn't mess up the order. The food was cooked. The stop was polite. Pathways for shovel. The drive-thru is plowed. What more can I say.

I kid you not 6 people jam into the window to hand you a coffee. Every time. It’s very odd and not following social distancing. And yet they never can get even a coffee right. I order a double double. Some how they can’t press the buttons to make this happen for me. Always burnt and bitter.
With out fail always gets my order wrong worst tims in all of Burlington. By far, I order a simple order of steeped tea 2 milk 2 sugar and 85% its coffee or the other 15% its got cream in it... please just listen and don't assume peoples orders.
