Tim Horton's at Crystal Peaks retail outlet is well placed with plenty of parking spaces and a drive thru if you want a quick bite to eat. All the food is cooked to order and was fresh and tasty. The burgers were definitely a better standard than the usual fast food outlets, they had their own style of fries which were more of a potato waffle, again better in my opinion than the normal fast food outlets. The drinks options were plentiful as you would expect anywhere else. Touch screens on entry to make your order or you can go up to the counter if you prefer. Seating is available and a lot more comfortable than you get elsewhere. Venue was clean and tidy, staff well presented and polite. TH is more expensive than the mainstream fast food outlets but in my opinion it was value for money and on this occasion I has a few family members with me and wanted a change a venue. If this review was informative enough for you give it a thumbs up or like to let other know about the place.
This morning I went to order breakfast and had to wait more than 10 mints in driver thru. They only got one person work in drive thru and he has to do three person jobs. Poor him. He keep asking me to wait one minute and it's nearly 10 mints. Sunday morning it's very quiet and they even can’t sever quick enough. Poor service and very delay even not rush hours not recommending at all
Went here for the first time after we’d heard good things. The chicken burgers and doughnuts were quite nice. We especially liked the lattice fries. However, the service was incredibly poor. Very little communication from the staff, we were left to wait over 20 minutes for our order, and even then they had forgotten a few items
Was sceptical about visiting as we saw some bad reviews but had a good experience. The vegan chicken burger and lattice fries were tasty and the food arrived very quickly. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Great vegan options too
Apart from the lovely doughnuts and coffee the service at this Tim Hortons is fab. The staff are friendly, helpful and so approachable. They accommodate for needs and serve quickly.
A great place for a quick bite with a drive thru. When I walked in from freezing snow Indian Punjabi guy Mr jazz don't know if I spelled and pronounced correct helped me with a great coffee and smile today 10.3.23. You're a saver. Thanks again.
We we're excited to go to Tim Hortons, it had a nice menu and some of the staff we're lovely and you could tell they were trying and others, not so much. It was a nice atmosphere but it's quite pricey for what it is. The benefits of this place are all day breakfast wraps and sandwiches All day long. The doughnuts are nice but it does depend on which one you get. They have vegan options but not many.
Great place for coffee and food. Breakfast is an extended version of a McDonald's but not as greasy and generally tastes fresher. The coffee is great but for anyone wanting that traditional Canadian taste opt for one more cream than you would usually have to compensate for the differences between Canadian Cream and UK cream. They have a kids option with was nice to see. For anyone not sure where to place Tim Hortons on the restaurant scale it's got more drink options than McD's....more than Costa so its great to pop out of a coffee but less food than McD's. Saw cleaning the order screens between each customer so very Covid safe and at the moment they are giving out free samples outside so you can test the drinks and know what you want! Review edited to 3 stars as for the last few months every visit has entailed a minimum of a 30 minute wait for our order. I expect that at a pub or a restaurant but I don't go to a fast food place expe ting to have to allow at least an hour. The food is still great but the owner desperately needs to focus on training!
Food was what you would expect from a chain, no great difference from Mac D's. The speed and cleanliness however was world's apart. Looked a round for a clean table / seat after a while I just got some napkins and did It myself. The large breakfast wrap was pretty good. Kids had pancakes and they enjoyed them. The service was Soooooo slow, as if they were grinding the coffee beans by hand betwixt two rocks. Ok so it is a bank holiday, but if you're open you need to staff up. So all in all if you want to be able to walk in and not converse with anyone, tap you're order into a screen, order a pancake or a coffee and you're not starving, don't mind the lack of cleanliness then this is the place for you. If Macdonalds, Costa, strabucks and Greg's are shut then I might come back if I'm desperate for a coffee and a bacon sandwich. There's always crispy creme for a donut.
No matter the time I have come here, the staff and food/drink have been brilliant. The donuts and timbits are sweet but not overwhelming and my personal favourites in the all day breakfast options do not disappoint. Even when it gets busy and the wait times lengthen *as expected the staff work well to ensure food is brought out as quickly as possible. Even when a disaster happens like a child spilling some drinks, the staff maintain there kind and professional manner to ensure the matter is solved swiftly. They have also always been great when dealing with my fiancé's allergies. My only dig at this place is that the place could be easily a bit cleaner during quiet hours. I will be returning to this tim hortons as its great!
