The usual Tim Horton's choices but highly convenient location. The restaurant was sparkling clean, and the staff was smiling and courteous, which was not always easy then. They were very knowledgeable about the allergy questions I had. My latte was delicious, hot, and served with a smile. Service
Wish I could give a negative 5 The lady, with glasses at the drive thru was DAM rude & snotty. She should be washing dishes or cleaning bathrooms. NOT dealing with customers, in fact she is loud and yells at you across the restaurant when you are inside. Ordered an ice cap supreme. NEVER before have I been charged cents for the whipped cream on top & 30 cents for the drizzle. I called head office and was told both the drizzle and the whipped cream come with the drink & are not to be charged. So truth is that loud rude lady with glasses scams customers & pockets some of your money. Why the owner or manager can't see this is beyond me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE !
3 months after i wrote the review below, we decided to give this place another chance. Got there at 9:30 AM and guess what, the drive-through is STILL closed for lack of staff. And still haven’t hired potential applicants. I am NEVER ever coming back and wasting my time again. I hope the franchise head-office is reading these reviews —————- This place is unbelievable poorly managed. They have been claiming not being able to get staff to work there for 11 months. Again we are back to the nonsense of only allowing truckers inside and all others can only use the drive through. Mgr says they want to hire. Yet I know of people that have applied and nobody seems to be hired, even one with serving experience. Not sure what the deal is here. Maybe their head office will wake up.
It's Tim Hortons, all the same, all good for fast food. The automated response to reviews is annoying tho. Always get the breakfast wraps, so good.Food: 5/5
Awful service, the girl in the drive-thru gave attitude when we asked what kind of soup was available. She got snippy because she didn't hear one of the items ordered and blamed us. Not impressed, plus there was no food available to buy except sandwiches!! Will avoid this Tim Hortens from now on.
Gas station Tim Horton's.. Not bad. The staff where cheerful and friendly. I had chili, it was hot and nothing really special Parking: Very large lot for the big trucks and large RVs. Easy to turn big rigs around

By far the best Tim Hortons I have come across. They are experiencing staff shortages and I have seen them close early because there is no one to work, as well as having the drive thru closed. The staff are super friendly and very very fast. Keep kicking butt!
Management needs hire more employees for the morning rush. PLEASE...And also pay attention to stocking enough eggs and cream. It's a Tim Hortons and more than 20 people stand in a massive line every day. Unfortunate.
Nothing wrong with food or service... Just not clear on what we are supposed to do...the signs say it is for truckers only to order at the counter but I must look like a trucker and my spouse was surprised they served me...idk if this is normal at other locations or just this one
