As cycling tourists we stopped here for lunch. Service was friendly but slow, understaffed for this of day, noon. Restaurant is clean and so are the restrooms. Four tables outside but only one umbrella.
The Service from the staff is always 11/10. Always smiling, happy to serve you & always quick to prepare your order. I am impressed with their staff and can’t recommend this Tim Hortons enough! Other restaurants and stores should take note of this example! Worth the visit every time.
There were wasps on the food they were serving and they didn't care, they didn't check the vaccine passports of people sitting down to eat in the restaurant, they had no distancing markers on the floor, they served the drivethrough about 3x faster than the people who came in, and they made my drink incorrectly with not enough whipped cream. Terrible, will never go back.
The ste marthe branch was totally a disappointment. Almost no doughnuts. Drinks prepared with almost no whipped cream. Wasp on timbits but who cares. No physical distancing markers. No checking of vaccine passport. Will not go back there again.
This Tim Hortons has outstanding service. The people working there are extremely pleasant and rarely make mistakes. Unlike McDonald's on Ave des Promenades.
Best place for hot and cold beverages! The sweets are great too but i don't eat much from there.
Got to have my tims everyday! Service is quick inside and out!
Hit and miss: but mostly "miss". Surreal experiences like "Hello, internet order nine-one-nine-five" in a clear diction; girl's voice disappears in a panic why learn the numbers from 1 to 10 in English, on parle français ici, guy's voice asks for the number. Repeated. "You can come to the window". At the window: "What was your order, latte?" "Pumpking spice, yes"; "Oh sorry, I don't have the... push for pumpking spice" "?!" Nevermind, guys.
Wow sunday morning drive thru team was awsome. Thanks for this great experience
During the night the river flooded the houses, many people took refuge in this Tim Hortons leaving everything behind in the floods not knowing what would happen to them and where they would sleep. This Tim Hortons did not even offer them a small cup of warm coffee, instead saw this as an opportunity to make money off of broken people, shame on you...
