This is THE worst Tim Hortons ever. If you do decide to come to this location just swallow your spit and go to another location I could guarantee you you will get better service and in a more timely manner. This is the only location where it takes 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru to get a small black coffee because the store is closed at 3:00 p.m. why? nobody knows... I think the owner of this location should find another profession because clearly this is not it for him.
Never in my hundreds of trips to Tim Hortons have I received such a bad Iced Capp, this locations always has problems making Iced Capps even though it is such a popular drink.
Oh where to start. All the reviews down below are correct. I unfortunately didn't read it before I came here. I ordered a stepped tea and a four cheese bagel through the app. When we arrived for the mobile order pick up, the lady said there is no steep tea. Seriously is this a Tim Hortons right? Then she said ok wait two minutes. I think she didn't want to make a batch. The worst of all is that she doesn't have a bagel and can't refund payments through the mobile app. Unbelievable. What kind of franchise can't offer refunds. She didn't offer substitutions but eventually did after some back and forth. Then like she gave and offered to take the bagel out of freezer and make it. So they had bagels. She was just LAZY to make it. What a joke Tim Hortons. Customers pay and refuse to make a bagel. Tim Hortons has a lot to learn from Starbucks and McDonalds, not only can they offer refeunds through the app, they offer substitutes and coupons to use next time. Tim Horton's is not what it used to be. Officially done with this location. I think the problem is that this location is in a low traffic area and they don't have a constant flow of food and traffic that you would normally see at a Tim Hortons. So when people actually show up to order, the one lady is too lazy to make the food and drinks l. @Tim Hortons head quarters, you guys need to review this location. It's not meeting the standards and ruining your brand.
Came in on Saturday July 16th at 10 am with my wife. Only 6 customers ahead of us. Waited 20 minutes for our order to be place. The reason for so long I noticed the cashier is responsible for taking order, pouring coffee and packing donuts including Tim bits. After our breakfast in the restaurant Around 11:02 am. We want to place take out order for the family. We thought maybe drive will be fasted as only 5 cars in the line. We were wrong, it took 25 minutes to get our order placed. Management need to schedule more staffs working in order to have the traffic moving. HORRIBLE service! Will not come back to this location. Other locations servise are really fast.
Lady refused to refill my coffeee cup. Claimed she couldn’t with coffee prior in it? Not sure how tim hortons sees refilling a reusable cup. Not really environmentally sound and just a horrible experience.
When it comes to drinks never had a problem but when it comes to food at lunch time they're always in a rush and the last two times I've had brown and black lettuce both on my sandwich as well as the chicken bowl.
The hours listed as " open 24's " are not correct at all. Just stopped for coffee at 5:15pm and they were closed inside already?!?!.Food: 1/5

I visited last Tuesday. April.27 and Wednesday at 3pm and the door is closed. They say they will reopen at 5pm. Is this the business policy of the entire Tim Horton Company? or Being trapped is a way to reject special hands. The head office sales team need to take a new action after confirming this. not only this action last summer they have been changed new management since staffs are very unfriendly to customers and treats customers with extreme inferiority. I recommend head office should have mystery check the business hours around 1p4.30pm
In store hours are 5am - 2pm I didn’t buy anything because I wanted donuts but I can’t buy the donuts I want unless I can see them while being in the store
