Lovely, clean and cozy Tims. I visited 9AM Sat, it was not too busy inside, though drive-through had constant incoming costumers. Staff was friendly, efficient and quick; I could tell they work well as a team. I had a breakfast combo it was yummy, served quickly. They have a great selection of sweets and goodies, fully stocked and neatly organized. Restroom and lounge area were clean, even the fireplace was on, giving out cozy ambiance.
The first time I ordered a Canadian Bacon and egg on an English muffin. What I got was a Canadian bacon with cheese, no egg, on a homestyle biscuit. 20 minutes later I ordered the same thing and got an English muffin, regular bacon almost cooked, an egg with 3 pieces of broken eggshell in it.Food: 2/5
Very slow, this was not an isolated instance. Every visit was up to or over 10 mins to get one tea & one icecap. Ssving grace was pleasant servers.
Service in usually fast, but order mix-ups happen way too often, order a xl tea, it's either coffee or tea and coffee mix, lately has been getting the wrong size and I live 45 km away, doughnuts are good tho
Eventhough we had bought cofee, they refused to refill our reusable bottles with tap water and insisted we buy a plastic water bottle. Very disappointed.
Drive thru can be slow. Had to ask a second time what my order was. Some other customers order way too much for a drove thru order which causes the line up on the road. Management closed dining room after 6pm until 6am making drive thru even slower, when busy it goes out unto the road.
Not satisfied with the food quality. They didn't provide fresh fries!!Food: 1/5
They almost always mess my order up. I will only go through the drive thru as the inside has become a hang out for homeless and kids. The drive thru line up is insanely long. Basically the same food/drinks as a Tim Horton's anywhere. Nothing special.
Way too slow, not sure where the "always fresh" slogan comes from, order mix-ups happen way too often, but you can't go wrong with Tim's
They obviously cant stir or use other competent tim hortons work skills ..I think its beyond their capability .. Never ask for hot chocolate unless you want brown water The staff is underpaid as I asked for my change and was told no Ialready got it. Only I never recieved it so I said no and the person ignored me and went on. I got robbed 3 dollars and a large hot chocolate today.I boycott tim hortons cuz this is enough. These people need training
