The most disgusting, filthy Tim Hortons in the country. It’s so dirty you can’t eat inside. Floor sticky from not being cleaned for weeks. Garbages always full and overflowing. Dirty napkins all over the floor. If the corporate office was to walk in, they would shut it down in 10 seconds.
Ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and a chai tea. One there was no cream cheese on the bagel and you provided me a plane tea without any sugar or cream as requested. Come on simple order..
Everytime I go to this Tim Hortons, they mess up something in the order, even after clarifying on the screen to ensure accuracy. The food itself is standard Tim Hortons food, but the service is lacking in accuracy.
Less crowded Quality is same as any other tim Hortons Only tim Hortons in Russel
Tim Hortons, a name to be proud of, a Canadian staple for many generations. Service has been slower and more crowded since covid started. Always find the workers here are trying their best to finish everyone's orders and get to the next one. It helps being patient with any workers in the food industry these days. Give these kids some slack if your food order is wrong, or if they forgot an item. I've had nothing but great service here and always stop by when I can.
This Tim Hortons has flat bread pizza
I've come here a few times and my croissants are never toasted to my liking. Today, every single table in the establishment was filthy and so was the washroom I couldn't even bring myself to use it. Meanwhile there's staff standing around not doing anything.Food: 2/5
False advertizing - they say they close at 10pm but actually close the kitchen at 9pm. Enjoy your dry bagel!
Friendly staff but have never gotten my order correct! Might as well say surprise me atleast you won't be disappointed
Ordered the loaded bowl Cilantro Chicken Lime. There was no cilantro, no lime. Chicken was good. Served with romaine lettuce and rice. With a Foodland 24 hour grocery store next door, can't they get what's missing?
