One of the best located Tim Hortons. Ample place inside and outside, friendly and quick service staff. Lovely place to just stop by for coffee or even a casual destination to head out for time under the sun.Food: 5/5
they care more about speed than making your order right. they have told me in the drive thru that I can’t get something because it was not ready. worst food service. the sandwiches and coffees are always bad cause they don’t care. they just want to rush you out of the drive thru. sloppiest tim’s in durham 3 weeks later I have come back and another sloppy day!! The meat in my sandwich was all stacked together and bread is black on the outside but not even toasted. I not have to put my hand in the sandwich to seperate the meat myself because they did an awful job.
In a rush last night so I grabbed a sandwich for my son on my way home. He cannot eat mayo. I repeated it three times to the order taker and she confirmed it back to me. Give him his sandwich while rushing back at the door. See picture below, apparently no mayo = extra mayo= having to buy him another sandwich at another Tim’s while in the road. 3rd time this type of thing has happened at this location. It’s convenient for me but not worth the trouble. Staff are nice but seem stressed.
Update: This location is getting worse and worse now, you ask for double and pay for double cream cheese and get a single amount. After approaching them about the amount they said: IT IS DOUBLE very rude. Many times I've ordered from here asking for double and receiving double... everything is going up in cost and we are all trying to maximize dollar value to product provided.
I come here every afternoon and wait and watch 2 employees work the drive thru while 3 employees stand there pretending to clean while talking to each other. After standing alone in line for about 20 seconds I pulled my phone out and started a timer. I got to 2 minutes and left. Easily the worse Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Sad that it’s the one near my work. If the manager isn’t there the place becomes dysfunctional.
Supervisor on window, 30 July 12:45 pm, she knows more about policies less about ethics, customer service=negativity. Iced coffee should be full of ice otherwise it will be less than 3 quarters they want to sell ice instead of coffee Food: 1/5
Normally service here is excellent. Today at lunch I used the drive thru and dealt with a miserable young lady. Didn't greet me, didn't tell me how much my order was...just silence and an absolute miserable look on her face. I get it people have bad days, maybe have her not deal with the public if she's having an off day.Service: 1/5
I can't remember the last time I was greeted att any establishment by more than one person when I walked through the door, not just as I was ordering. Very clean restaurant, staff all working together and it was lovely and right inside with all the windows.
Typical Tim's. Long line up in drive through. Do went inside - another big line up. 1 poor girl taking inside order and getting everything for customers. Need more staff!!!Food: 4/5
Every time I order a single simple item they park me and make me wait up to 10 minutes even when no one else is in the drive thru. I know this is to maintain drive thru times which is an arbitrary indication of service production especially during non peak times.Food: 3/5
