I dont usually get food from tims. I got my coffee stirred very well. Trust me some places dont stir your coffee. Servers were kind.Food: 5/5
This place needs more staff….and the older staff needs to treat the younger staff a little bit nicer, especially in front of customers. There is always someone training so expect it to be a little slow, my recommendation is to use the mobile order app. They do pretty well with that
Ordered 2.5 Milk 1 sugar and a Boston Ceeam. I got 2.5 Cream coffee and what was a Boston cream but it did have the filling. Horrible service. Do not go there on Saturday.Food: 1/5
Worst/slowest drive thru I've ever experienced at a Tim Horton's. 17 minutes, only 4 cars in front of us, and none of them got large orders. Looking through the window, there seemed to be a lot of staff just standing around.
Terrible tim Hortons. I have never waited so long for a coffee at any location on any other base in Canada. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or a management issue but something need to be done. I was basically ignored for 15 minutes before someone took my walk in order and it took another 15 to get my coffee. There was 4 people standing making coffees and not one of the tool the tike to stop and at least take my order while the line kept growing.
A location with so much revenue and growth potential. Yet, hindered by a lack of speed of service, initiative and commonsense. For starters, a 15 minute wait for a coffee is just not acceptable or realistic in any way or sense. Some recommendations: Be proactive by providing customers with napkins, condiments and coffee sleeve. React to the line, by parking cars when the wait is too long, as to expedite simple, single and easy orders. Look at your hiring and training practices. Do you have the right people, doing the right things, at the right time? - Are you scheduling for peak hours? - Are you understaffed? - Is there bad practices, attitudes and behaviors currently endorsed? Who is incharge of drive thru? Is there any accountability? What are your response times?
Generally when you go through a drive thru. You don't expect to have to get out of your car to go in and get napkins. If you serve someone food provide napkins.
The worst tims. Never stocked up on menu items but they don't tell you until you've paid and already waited 10 minutes. Wifi never works. Slow service. Charged incorrectly. Ridiculously short hours
Single worse Tim's I've ever been to. 15min with one register open and 2 employees trying to figure out gift cards and ignoring the other customers. On weekends I've waited 10min at the drive thru window for just a coffee. They are incompetent on a whole new level.
The single worst Tim Hortons I have been to. The staff doesnt even acknowledge the customers in line because they are making online orders.
