One extra star for Indian server at this location. Nice location with ample of seating area and parking spots. In late afternoon I ordered breakfast sandwich but the cashier refused to take order for breakfast menu it’s pretty rude. But at that time Indian girl immediately took charge and ask me if I can wait 5min, as she needs to prepare it. But she didn’t say “NO” I really appreciate. I like the service. But location was bit dirty. Rest all good. One more important point is, they don’t have drive through at this location.
Staff seems under a lot or pressure and stressed out which transfers into poor customer service. Unpleasant experience. Will avoid going back for sure. No one likes to walk into a business in a good mood and walk out feeling like WTH just happened in there. Treat your staff better so that they care about customers that's all I can say.
I used drive thru to buy iced coffee. I came home, i sip and felt the black particles in my mouth.. please fix your filter... I was supposed to enjoy my afternoon while sipping my iced coffee but then this happened.
It's sad to see the lack of attention regarding service, no smiles, no hello, almost incoherent..We placed the order verbally and had to repeat it 3 times and the order was still incorrect so, we settled with what we got and noticed the kids working are not focused at all and spend more time talking about their personal day to day then on business. It seems as though the owner of this franchise has left his business to the kids to run.. Good Luck !! This and many locations suffer the same lack of attention...
Rude people, let me wait at the entrance 1st counter for at least 10 mins and then call me at the 2nd counter to take my order and then the white fat girl told the guy you should have let him wait there. 30 Jan 2023 early morning.
This site has good service. Staff were nice. Store was clean and inviting. Tons of Parking place.Food: 4/5

Very rude and unprofessional environment. No one is welcoming here and the wait time is very long. A worker actually made eye contact with me and still refused to serve me. I will not be coming back here again.
DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible service, unprofessional employees with little to no customer service experience, slow, and CONSTANTLY make mistakes. Instead go to the Tim’s up St Charles near Super C another 5mins driving but worth it, their service is much better. This is the absolute worst Tims location I’ve ever been to. I live 5 mins away and regularly come to this location, but the last year/2 years or so it has gone fully downhill. they have messed up my order the LAST FOUR TIMES I came in through the drive thru making a Farmers wrap with no hash brown and random extra sausage instead, making a breakfast BLT sandwich with beyond meat sausage instead of bacon or on a bun instead of on a bagel, giving me a chicken salad wrap instead of a Farmers Wrap. one employee in particular is extremely unprofessional - they messed up my order again, I asked her to make a new sandwich, and then she tried to charge me for it!!! Excuse me??? i PAID already for a sandwich that YOU messed up, and instead of just making me a new one i’m supposed to pay to fix YOUR MISTAKE??
Love Tim’s and never thought I would write a review about any of them but it seems to me that a few of them on the West Island have changed hands in the past year . This one though is the worst . The employees are great and very friendly but the new owner or manager not sure? extremely unfriendly . Does not smile and doesn’t seem to know or care about customer service !! One time he was doing something behind the counter while I was waiting to order and looked at me a few times but completely ignored me so I just left , the man behind me also left leaving the store empty I understand this is not fine dining but greeting your customer is the first thing you should do when they walk in and with a smile please . Went back again this week end ordered a breakfast wrap , same guy again . My wrap was so small and cold he never bothered to heat up the bacon ? Again service without a smile as a matter of fact he looks like he’s annoyed and doesn’t like his job. Also not sure what they are putting in my coffee these days but it doesn’t taste like sugar it’s really sweet and bitter . So mr Owner of this Tim’s I know it’s a good business but and people still come but beware stop cutting corners and be friendly you will eventually lose a lot of customers . Will not go there again !!
