We love Tim Hortons , I don’t drink any tea or coffee however I would love to have a London fog or chai tea latte from Tim’s. Our experience was really good here and went two days in a row while staying at yurts in Radius. Both days drinks and food was awesome. Only reason why I am giving 4stars is the family washroom wasn’t clean. Otherwise service was good and girls were awesome
Had Boston cream, maple cream, apple fritter, birthday cake timbit and iced coffee, went 3 days in a row and every time everything was really good and fresh. Service was friendly, prompt and very good. The one who took our order recognized us from the previous day's visit and remembered our preferences. The service was just as attentive, friendly and prompt towards the wave of customers after us. The donuts and drinks are good and there is a very welcoming, friendly vibe at this location that really stands out.
What a lovely experience. I was greeted at the drive thru window by a man singing “Say Something” by a Great Big World. His enthusiasm and beautiful voice made my morning. I hope he gets a raise.
Today's drive-through experience was not pleasant. From not understanding my order to making the wrong order. I had to explain 4 times to take away some items. Finally, all is good except for the staff handling my payment and handing me my order. Overworked understaffed I get it but she did not look happy this morning and I felt it.
Food order at online app was incorrect. Their English Muffin had mold on it. This place doesn't deserve a visit again.
Good job keeping the drive through moving along. Been inside a few times this is awful with the length of lines inside. They need more staff for tourism.Food: 4/5
Nice clean location. Sandwiches were great and the wraps are wrapped by hand which is a cute touch compared to the cardboard tube of other locations. Friendly staff.
The people here are absolutely wonderful. Great service and a fantastic location. Tim's quality always shines through! Love that it's Canadian too!
Our Family has been visiting the area for well over 20 years....we always stop at Timmy's during our trips. We have had some pretty memorable moments with the staff over our stays. Today however we visited and had a very bad experience with a employee named A****. She was noticeably not happy at work today, during our order I was giving her every opportunity to have another chance...then she slammed the muffin I ordered down on the counter and I just had to ask myself....does this represent Tim Hortons in the best way? Do I feel good about my experience....No. I was reluctant...to say anything but she finally decided for me. My daughter and I asked her to find someone else to help me. As I no longer felt comfortable with her finishing our order. When the other ladies stepped in, they listened to what experience I just had but didn't seem to understand how we were just treated. A****, I have been in the service industry for over 30 years. And today you made me feel...sorry for being there and that's not good. If your not happy or you need to step away from serving please do so. I have had to do so myself at times and just know bad days are allowed. But taking it out on paying patrons is not the path. I am sorry for what ever your dealing with...but at work your represent the Brand. And today you made our experience memorable for all the wrong reasons. Everyone entering deserves to be treated with respect. And after today...I hope you have a chance to reflect on our experience together and can grow from it.
Typical Tim Horton's. However, the cook burned 3 of several sandwiches - charcoal buns on a breakfast muffin and black lines on two grilled cheese sandwiches. They were takeout, so we brought them back for replacement a while later. They made more sandwiches which were better but still burned in places. Dunno if it was just one cook, but management needs to tighten up the ship.
