Good location. There are a couple of the staff who come off as pretty cranky in the morning, but overall, they're a friendly bunch. The food is... Well, it's Tim Horton's, and it's pretty much you're only choice if you're looking for something cheap and quick in the morning. Something has to be done about how the drive through works. It gets insane in the mornings... Lol
Went thru drive thru at 9:30 on Saturday. Asked for 2 chicken wraps. and 3 coffee. After ordering girl says we have no chicken. How do you not have chicken Tim Horton's ? So ordered beef and cheese sandwiches with 3 coffee. The girl says so one sandwich. Umm no 2 sandwiches and 3 coffee. Is there no training for these kids anymore. I tip every time and I barely get a thank you. Manners are needed with these kids and oh chicken too Tim Horton's
I honestly don’t know how I survived this long without Tim Hortons. I’m seriously considering becoming an expatriate & becoming a Canadian citizen just on the basis of this one company. The spinach omelette bites are so good I literally put my hand on my heart for the Leaf, hell yes I did.
Worst bacon egg breakfast sandwich ever. Basically cardboard on an English muffin would have been more flavorfulFood: 1/5
The place to get great coffee in Lunenburg for drive-thru service.
Drive thru orders are correct 90% of the time.Food: 4/5
Food was cold tea taste like warm water a I had my points card and should have had a few tea but when I check I never got it she had no answer why I never got a free tea I found the staff been very slow and not friendly only one staff member that get in the morning that friendly I believe her name is Debbie
They don't have chilli and they are rude in the service
Staff very disrespectful including one individual there named Amanda tattoos/ colourful hair. She thought it’d be a good idea to bring problems to her work place, which in my opinion is very unprofessional. I was hung up on 3 times by two separate employees 1 being a male occupant. He said I was calling Bridgewater. Knowing my family, because it is such a small town. You should learn to keep people’s names out of your mouth. In regards your coffee always has grinds in it it’s never stirred right. If you were a manageable business, you’d know who to hire and who not to. Speaking with experience. I’ve been treated with disrespect for years. My life doesn’t involve your employees, so kindly keep your p’s and q’s to yourself. This isn’t the first complaint you guys have gotten and I’m sure it won’t be the last. I will continue to come in to your store because I’m local and if anything’s said I will inform higher management thanks.
Terrible customer service. Staff will get orders wrong, be rude to customers, and talk about customers in front of other customers. Quite awkward. Orders have been wrong multiple times. Seems like a bunch of children work here, which wouldn’t be a problem if they had better service.
