Service Is always very good .They now have the mobile order which is cool because it's faster when it's done in this place is always busy .they do take cash and Credit card .it's accessible for wheelchair they also have special for that .
I enjoyed this place while driving from Montreal to Ottawa.
I am in your establishment, I am a tourist I do not speak your language well, your employee behaved rude and desperate and just giving me something that I did not ask, they should improve their patience not late or two minutes
Again Tim Hortons missing in action. It's not rocket science to realize the biggest or what seems to be the biggest seller is CROISSANTS, because just about anytime I go there, its sold out! Do they not realize this or maybe its because they wear the MASK over their eyes instead of their mouths. Wake up and smell the croissants!!!!
Drive-thru much faster, they run out of donuts fast and close early.
Made a fairly large order 4 people and it was fulfilled in the end, but it required asking for missing parts of it several times. Can't blame them as it was really busy, but I really wish it were better coordinated.
Unorganized staff, long waits inside and out, fence/board that fell more than a year ago and left there as if nothing had happened via the drive through, yet, it's still a coffee place we all love.
Compromised quality I ordered multiple times double-double via the drive-through and then it turned out being any sugar in the cofee
