Worst service and experience ever, never going back to this Tim again. Second time this month they made a mistake on my order, not only they gave me the wrong item they burnt it The manager had no empathy or customer experience, just asked me what did I want and walked away. Don't buy the new $3 breakfast sandwich, they give you a piece of bread and a sausage no sauce no nothing. That's how sad Tim's become.
Though the line at the drive-thru was long, it went very fast. My Tim-matin with sausage and bacon, with hash brown and cappuccino arrived quickly and hot. Well done Tim’s St. Lazare!
The only reason it gets a 1is because the girl behind the counter was great ! The place is a mess ,looks like it's never been cleaned ! This seems to be the trend when it comes to Timmy's. I kick my self after going there everytime, I never learn !
Hahaha the old obese cashier is horrible man, so funny. Imagine if i talked to you the way you talked to my wife, you would've quit. Which i hope you do lol
Tim Hortons is really losing their touch. And this one is one of the worst. The food isn't great: the steak is chewy, feels like plastic or a day old or reheated, I found egg shells in the breakfast sandwich. The lettuce was old and the ends were slimy, borderline past due. So I just took it out completely from my BLT. Also the bacon wasn't completely cooked, the fatty ends were basically still white and cold. I also took bagels which didn't look or feel toasted AT ALL. This place needs a new management or needs to be replaced by Starbucks or something. Never going back again.
Quite unimpressed The service here has been unusually slow I frequent a few Tim Hortons on a regular basis and the recent purchase of two "mokaccinos" prompted me to write this review. The mokaccinos received were basically half coffee and half watery "hot chocolate". Really quite thin and gross. Fun when you only realize this once you get home...
Bad service i mean really bad cannot be worse service than that. 15 minutes to serve one medium French vanilla coffee when asked how many are they working answered 4 persons. I end up not even getting my French vanilla coffee they give me regular coffee
Great neighbourhood Tim's and a good hangout for local teens. The free Wi-Fi works well but you need to accept the online terms and conditions. This Tim's is on a compound shared with a large pharmacy and post office.
The two owners are super condescending and they give the worst customer experience. Nothing ever works and they always get your things mixed up. The worst.
So disappointed, I wanted a broccoli soup it was disgusting so I was like whatever I'll move onto my blueberry muffin it wasn't blueberry I started drinking my coffee wasn't good either don't waste your money buy a travel mug and make your own
