I would like to say that Tim Donnell's man Gregory did an exceptional job installing Our new washer and dryer combination unit. He was very polite and very clean working within the house. I would highly recommend Tim Donell for any plumbing or heating job.
Since moving to Wells ME we have needed the services of Tim Donnell Plumbing & Heating a few times. He ALWAYS either answers his phone or promptly returns a call. His team shows up when needed, works CLEAN and is so friendly and professional. Most recently, our house went under contract to be sold in 28 days. The home inspection discovered a leak that the buyers wanted repaired before signing off. We called Tim last night and at 7:30 AM this morning, a member of his team knocked on the door. Within an hour, our issue was resolved. We are so thankful for the quick and friendly service and HIGHLY recommend them. I came home from vacation and found my propane hot water heater was not working - I tried for several hours to relight the pilot light and could not get it to stay on. I called my propane provider a very large company and they informed me they could not service the tank for 4 days!! I "Googled" plumbers certified to deal with propane heaters. I left a message with three - Tim called me back within minutes and while he was unable to come that same day it was after 2 pm when I called, he arrived the next day and came in and out of my basement soundlessly I am a night nurse and was sleeping - never heard a thing! I woke up to hot water and a extremely reasonable service charge! Highly recommend Tim for fast, efficient, reliable service at a more than reasonable charge!
