Good bread a moderate selection I know prices on everything has gone up but some things seem a bit pricey like 6.25 for 6 cookies. I know $1 each isn't too bad if you look at it like that but it still seems a bit much. Like id probably prefer buy a dozen donuts at tims.
I was looking forward to shopping at this bakery as I have a sweet tooth, but it was not as good as I heard. I bought several of their products but there was nothing special about either item I bought. The lady working there was very kind and helpful.
Great selection. Grabbed some muffins, Red Bull, and potato chips for breakfast and hit the road. Staff was very friendly.
While there we purchased a pie and some bread. The pie was quite sweet, and the bread was pretty good.
Recently moved to St. John's to start our retirement plan of exploring Canada by living in each province for a couple of years. This provides the time and the opportunity to find local treasures like this bakery that is full of locally made baked and other goods. Excellent selections at reasonable prices, today only cookies but tomorrow..............
Stopped in here for lunch on a Monday. Not super busy and we didn't have to wait. Grabbed a few sandwiches and goodies to go. Fish cakes up by the cash were a nice surprise tasted good too. Smoked meat sandwich was good. Priced around $5. Grabbed a loaf of raisin bread to go. Can't wait to give it a taste! Staff was friendly, and prices were reasonable.
Good homemade breads, assorted cookies and more.
Delicious baked goods. They make several varieties of bread, cookies, bread dough, pies, scones, pretty much anything you can think of with gluten in it. And it is all delicious. Their white bakers bread is very dense and tasty.
Great local bakery with breads, cookies, local jams and honey. A small selection of lunch options, such as fish cake, sandwich, or chicken curry. A couple of tables and chairs to sit at, and a microwave for self-use if you buy something there and want to heat it and eat it right away!
Nice raisin bread and very delicious oatmeal apricot cookies along with a local take on gingerbread cookies.
