Tillsonburg Family Physicians

Dr.Andrew has been my family Dr since I was a baby, and he is my children's Dr too. He goes above and beyond, as well as his nurses. The man is so busy, and has the longest work days, and is always so kind and takes care of his patients very well. He has gone above and beyond for myself and my kids countless times. I dread the day when he retires and we have to search for someone new.

Cannot see a Doctor unless you take a day of and call in to try to be seen. Can't schedule an appointment in advance to be able to plan for your absence from work. Telephone consultation to set up tests and samples is easy and staff is super helpful, all very friendly folks.

So relieved to have finally found the kind of family doctor I knew was out there. Dr Heeney is prompt, attentive, thorough and sincere. Love the online portal system and have had no issues with support staff and nurses. All really busy, but pleasant. This is an efficient and effective practice.

Dr. Sohla has been my GP for about 7 years and I couldn't be happier with him. He is amazing with my kids and has never been a pill pusher. He always explains the all the options. The office is nice and clean.

I simply called to ask how I can pay a bill that I was sent, since I live out of the province, and the receptionist was very rude. Right away she snapped at me about how every piece of paperwork sent out of their office costs money. I wasn’t even complaining about the bill, which I was expecting. I was simply inquiring about the methods of payment. Very rude, and complete lack of customer service. If I ever move back to Ontario I will definitely not be using their services! So be warned, don’t expect a warm welcome at Tillsonburg Family Physician’s - but do expect to be berated and belittled by their inconsiderate staff.

The doctors and nurses are great. Most of the support staff are great but a few could use some patient interaction training. The online portal is excellent, I love it.

Can't manage time to see patients promptly, I've waited hours so get into appointments and wait days for any type of communication from anyone in the office. Complete disregard for a patient's needs.

Desk reception very rude. Nurses very rude. Overall I would never come here. Now changing clinics because this is the 3rd time I've been treated like I'm not valued at their establishment.

The best doctors around. I have had Dr. Andrew as my family doctor for over 30+ years and he is amazing.

I think this office is great. They seemed to have changed the receiving staff and these girls are friendly, courteous and helpful. Love this office.
