Tilley Law Office

We have used Mr. Tilley several times in the last two years over custody and protection order cases. His office has always been nothing but professional. We have never lost a single case he has presented for us in court. I would recommend him to anyone for anything related to family court cases, child custody, child support, or protection orders. He is awesome!

My expirence with Robert Tielly was far from wonderful. He first lead me on a string of hope and seems to have done the opposite of what I have asked of him. I am in a far worse situation then when I started my case. He did the minimal possible for my case. I had a great deal of difficulty even finding time to speak to him. There were terms written without my consent and I personally had to revise and edit them. I would not recommend him as a lawyer. As potitioner in the case you would generally think we had more say in matters especially since we hired him. I feel he was not engaged in the case as a lawyer should be. He limited visitation time and made it so we would have to pay for visitation. The list goes on but to sum up we were very unhappy with his services he did almost everything in favor of the other party, and at the final moment when he wanted more money after putting us in a rough spot he resigned from the case. So thanks for an even bigger mess then we started with Rob.

Not very good at communicating with actual clients. I sent multiple emails without a response "I thought the ball was in your court" is not a very good excuse. Good during first initial meeting but once he has your money don't count on steady communication. Secretary has child under desk while at work (yeah, it's that kind of place) not recommended at all!

I have to agree with previous commentI His son sits in his office playing video games. Gave him money to represent me and only spoke with him 3 times. He had no interest and just said take plea. I gave him letters of character and documents to present to judge for sentencing but he shows up without it all and says it wouldn't make much difference. Haven't heard from to this very day although Ive spoke with secretary couple weeks ago. Shame
