Definitely a bit too salty for me but still tasted good, one of the only places for boba and its pretty good too, ofc everyone who works is always friendly
We've been to Thailand a few times and have had some excellent food there! This restaurant is just as good as any of the places we've enjoyed in Thailand. Everything I have tried at Tiffin has been excellent. The larb is my current favorite! I also love the green curry and my partner loves the drunken noodles among many items there!
First time trying tiffin Thai and now I'm upset with myself for missing out on this for over a year. Don't waste time like I did. Go try it! It's so good!nThey understand the assignment when you ask for spicy
The stir fried basil and the mixed vegetables were way too salty, they made me think to avoid Thai food altogether hereafter. The mixed vegetables served was entirely different from the photo on the menu.
My wife and I decided to drop into Tiffin Thai Feb 26/25 and what a great decision that was!!! We have been searching for good Thai food since we moved to Port Alberni 2.5 years ago. Well our search is over!!!nI had the Chicken Pad Thai and it was the best I have ever had. Lots of chicken, peanuts, sauce, right amount of noodles, nice salad and a spring roll with dipping sauce. Nice and hot temperature and the flavour was sooooo good. I cleared the entire plate and so did my wife. We are not usually big eaters but this was so good, no way, we were taking home in a to go box.nThe staff was so pleasant and attentive, just the right amount of attention. The decor is nothing fancy but who cares the food is the star of the show! Highly recommend you go, you won't regret if you know what good Thai food is.
