I ordered 20 Angry Birds cake pops for my son's class birthday treat. They are adorable on the website and are in a red stand (like cake pops typically are). I spoke with Dawn and she was very nice. My husband picked them up for me and brought them home (he hadn't seen the photo and has never had cake pops before). They "packaged" them by laying them loose in a cake box with NOTHING protecting them from rolling into each other, smashing/smudging the faces, etc. They did NOT come with a stand as pictured. They were wrecked just from being transported home. The couple that had miraculously escaped being smashed were not nearly as cute as the ones on the website, and the yellow birds were all misshapen. I emailed Dawn immediately and didn't get a response until noon the next day. She offered me only 1/2 of my money back and blamed my husband for not being careful enough with the box. I called but did not receive a call back. Today she emailed and said that "the owner" tried to call me last night but he didn't get through. I had no missed calls or voice mails. She wrote again and said he called at 6:02pm from HER cell phone, and his name is Matthew. She said she had only offered 1/2 my money back as that was all she could and the owner would have to decide if he would offer more. The owners are listed on the website as Dawn & Matthew. They are husband and wife. She claims to just be the manager and "not authorized" to give a full refund. Yeah, ok. And if they talked about this situation, which I'm guessing they did since he supposedly tried to call me (all my phone records to the contrary), why is this still getting dragged out? Matthew called and was very rude and condescending. Told me, "I really don't care what you think because I've sold hundreds of these," and said it was my husband's fault. He said that oh they DO have blocks but you have to know to ask for it. ?? He said I had 2 options - he would refund half of my money or he would refund nothing. He refused to refund it to my credit card "Because I do refunds by check." I asked how I knew it would be valid, he wouldn't stop payment, etc. "You just have to trust me." Nice. Game playing, misrepresentation, TOTALLY unprofessional, not providing products as advertised (both quality AND the stand)... Bottom line - Subpar products that they don't stand behind or accurately advertise and absolutely the worst customer service and attitude. Avoid this place!! Not worth the aggravation!!!

I went here for my sons first birthday in November of 2011 for a mickey mouse clubhouse cake. I showed them pictures of what I wanted and even explained to them the cake. When I was on my way home and got a chance to look at the cake I realized there was nothing mickey mouse about it. It was acctually kind of ugly, I had to stop at target just to buy mickey mouse figurines to put on top so our guests would know what kind of cake it was supposed to be. And what's worst of all is that everyone who tried the cake thought it was disgusting and it was just a simple chocolate/vanilla cake. My 1 year old son who eats everything and anything didn't even like it and it was his cake! It was also very very expensive! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely horrible!

Been there twice on a living social or groupon deal. Yummo! I'm from Chicago where there's a cupcake shop on every corner and these are half the price and just as good. I know they want to keep everything fresh but with just a couple of each cupcake premade and in the display case it always looks like they're barely in business. Great variety. I wish there were more fruit/fruity options.

Many thanks for the fabulous cupcakes, my kids and myself cant seem to exit the mall without stopping by to see you, I dont know how you do it, but it seems you never run out of ideas for your wonderful creations. BTW, the Blondie and the FlufferNutter are by far my favorites.. for now.

I'm not one to eat sweets very often but I was very impressed! Great prices and friendly staff.
