Under staffed atm is always down. Customer service has gone down hill. The workers who work there are great but come on! Don't make me wait all day for service.

She was able to make the loan process very quickly and provided us with everything we needed. Having run several small businesses I realize how important our employees are to our success. Had this bank for years but the past few years I've considered closing my account more then once. I have not been happy at all it takes several tries to get through on the phone to get someone to answer, the ATM machine is down almost weekly or the online site, my debit card doesn't work half the time, I've had more than one instance where I can't transfer money because it' only allows three transfers in a day I want access to my money when I want it and then I can't even get through on the phone when I'm having issues I've been stuck out of town and not been able to accrss my money more than once. Just recently I had this happen to me once I finally got through to a person on the phone she couldn't help me because the person that had authorization to do what needed to be done was on a conference call and I was going to have to wait mind you I was out of town standing in a store and couldn't get access to my money because there wasn't someone authorized to help me at that moment overall not happy with the place

Full disclosure: I used to work here, but my opinion is completely unbiased. That being said, I have had an account with them years prior, going on five now. Okay, so this credit union is by far the best credit union I've ever had the pleasure of being a member of! They are always welcoming, they never have anything to say about their members, but nice things including the rude people! They treat you with respect, they listen to you and will help you in any way they can. A truly good team of human beings, hands down. I will never leave them. Just my opinion. I've had my accounts with Ticonderoga Federal credit Union for 4 year's now and they have always always been friendly, helpful and very informative and up front. I've had several loan's with them. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Very trustworthy.

I liked trail north credit union and have been a member for years .. love the Elizabethtown branch ,,,, the service we got from the mortgage loan officer from Ticonderoga was the worst and took months ,, turned down the loan and very happy with the new bank

There such a great friendly ,welcoming place I love going there . The people there are always nice n always keep me updated. I definitely recommend everyone
