Good facility for hockey and concerts. Jumbotron is a nice touch for replays, kiss cam, etc. Escalator is well used and appreciated. Seats are very hard and uncomfortable. Food is insanely expensive and lines can be at least 20 minutes long. Concourse can get very congested and difficult to maneuver a stroller or wheelchair. Music is much too loud at intermissions during hockey, hard to talk and visit. Parking is very inconvenient and can be dangerous crossing so many streets especially with kids or for the elderly.

Looks great from the outside but is very underwhelming for a concert setting. Sound was not good.

Great venue for the concert I saw. Excellent views... Not a bad seat in the entire place! I will be back!
