High fees and they don't send you your tickets when purchased, but **hopefully** 48 hours before the show. Purchased tickets as a gift? Better be satisfied giving an order confirmation instead of the tickets. They obviously don't understand consumer confidence, because this is a joke. Reason cited " We have our ticket policy to send out tickets 48 hours before the event to prevent reselling of our tickets." Because you can't sell tickets 48 hours before the show? Pathetic. There are better ways to prevent reselling, this is the absolute worst.
Bought 3 tickets to Yung Gravy at the end of October.. I received the confirmation email stating the purchase was successful, and then a whole lot of spam from other events TicketLeader was advertising. I never received any tickets in my email prior to the show — and now I’m left to dispute this with the bank since TicketLeader says there’s nothing they can do for me to get my $200 back for my nonexistent tickets. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT buy your event tickets from this company.
I've been sending email after email asking about my original VIP Wizkid tickets, because his initial show was postponed, but now that he has a new date scheduled I want to know if my tickets transfer or what happens. I've been completely ignored over and over. Sitting on hold now for 20 minutes trying to call and talk to someone about this now. No answer. My lay resort is to show up at the box office and ask someone in person what is happening with my tickets. Extremely frustrating and terrible service!!! Feels like a scam and like they are trying to steal my money.
Not happy with this company at all we purchased fright night tickets last Saturday $540 worth to do a work event…. To NOT receive tickets, the lady who purchased the tickets contacted customer service they were EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful.. wouldn’t answer where our tickets were or offer a refund… so now we have a had to dispute it with the bank and on top of it all there is now fraud charges from the uk!!! The one time she used her visa debit was on fright nights!! this company is a joke DO NOT BUY ANY TICKETS THREW THEM!!!
Dreadful experience. 0/5 - Firstly they sent me the incorrect link for my pdf tickets 3 year old one, then they said they were sending the ticket pdf direct but didn't. When I contacted them again they blamed me for not receiving the tickets, and insisted I call them to resolve 'my email problem'. I have no email problem, and checked spam etc, the tickets have clearly not been sent. No response from them to a further request to send my tickets. This is pitiful from a company that's only job is to handle tickets! It can't really get much worse than this can it?
Bought tickets for myself, my daughter and friend $450 for the Big Bingo over a month before the event, we were so excited! Then we get an email saying they are making it only a 1 day event but hey still big prizes, so still excited! Night before the big event at 7pm we get an email that they are changing the start time of the 3 sessions. It was awful, we got there and stood in line for 40 minutes*which was unorgainized as some people hadnt printed there tickets* should have been 2 line ups. Was suppose to start at 11am but started 15 minutes late. Then the prizes werent big prizes at all. All the prizes were $1000 each shared of course if more then 1 called bingo and the Jackpot was worth $13000. Which really isnt that big of a jackpot and I could have paid $25-$50 and played at my local casino where there are half decent prizes and way more organized. We had to leave before the last game RESTARTED because it was already delayed so much and my daughter had to work . The ball popper broke down 3/4 of the way through the last game, so everyone had to get new cards and wait till the machine was back running. So very disappointed, and there were alot of disappointed people!!
Less than helpful. I received an email stating the YG concert was cancelled and that refunds would be processed in 7-10 days. Its been three weeks and still no refund. I called and the person couldn;t tell me anything and told me to call back next week. I WILL NEVER ORDER TICKETS THROUGH THEM AGAIN
This was the worst Bingo I have ever been to..the amount of money I spent and the promised payouts was not worth it at all.. the food was horrible I had to ask for a refund it was that bad.. the organization of event horrible..I paid for a babysitter also it was supposed to be start time at 5:30pm it did not start till 8pm I did not get home till 11pm had to pay for the extra games never will I ever go to this again.
horrible customer service . terrible web sight went to collect my tickets and only got "The transfer couldn't be completed at this time. Please try again later" no matter what i tried. desktop, phone all didnt work.
I tried to purchase BCAA discount tickets for the PNE and the ticketleader site kicked me out and then wouldn't give the option to use the discount. As I needed to tickets before they sold out I had to get full price. Now ticketleader is saying sorry came reimburse you after you've bought the tickets. I Cann guarantee their IT can see the transactions and see what happened but they are just saying nope. Great customer service.
