Was the perfect place to stop for halfway through our bike ride. Poutine was simple and delicious. The house brew was really light, tasty and put some gas back in the tank.
This snack bar is a nice place to stop by and a must-try. The poutine is excellent, especially the gravy. The fried chicken is slightly dry for my taste but still good nonetheless.
Went there for the experience on a cold day but they had the heaters turned off... To save money. I can't enjoy the best food in the world if I'm freezing. Food was OK. Sorry, but 3 stars.
Best POUTINE I've ever had in Canada and I eat a lot of POUTINE. Huge cheese curds, gravy is perfect not to salty. Fries! Yum.
Just stopped at the Bar Laitier for ice cream this time around. It was exactly what I expected. I'll have to try the famed poutine at the snack bar next time.

Service is fast and the people are courteous. The poutine and burgers are good.
I suspect that many of the portly men in the town owe their girth to this establishment. The fayre is as to be expected but the location is nigh on perfect for the post Mountainbike and Camp adventures in the valley to the North. Avoid the Banana milkshake unless you're an eight year old, in which case you'll be delighted at the emergency services yellow.
Its a good snack bar, not the best, but far from the worst, poutine is good and at a really good price. Hamburger & such are also pretty good
Hot fresh fries, delicious burger. I love driving here. A great summer picnic.
