Thunder Bay Public Library's aka. Community Hubs are one of Thunder Bay's most inclusive, multi-cultural and diverse gathering places for local connection to information and each other. The Library offers several locations where community members, visitors & residents are welcomed with open doors, open mindedness and open hearts. The staff are very pleasant and professional, and willing to assist with all requests. There are spaces available for children's playtime and fantastic story worlds to explore. Research and study spaces permit students access to excellent resources and public computers. Meetings, conferences and groups can gather at different locations for private functions. The physical locations as well as the online website access provide a plethora of reading for bibliophile and bibliomaniacs both. I give Thunder Bay Public Librarys 2 solid thumbs up
I loved this library the movement I walked in! What an amazing renovated place that is a great community hub for everyone! Wish I had more time to just soak this place in. It doesn't hurt that the librarians were very nice!
This is my absolute favourite library. It’s clean, easy to navigate and the staff is great. 5
Don't know what I'd do without thus lovely, welcoming place.
If you haven't made it to the new library yet, you are missing out. A really beautiful new facility full of windows that let in the natural light. It also boasts a fireplace with a reading lounge area. The children's area is quite large and there is a teen area as well.
