Thum was absolutely delicious and had wonderful service. I ordered the Laab Chicken with sticky rice and a side of Papaya Fries. The order was so fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The wait to receive my food was about 20 minutes, which I was told to expect at the time of the order. It was totally worth the wait! I will definitely be back!
Amazing food and service! My partner and I tried it for the first time and split the grilled chicken breast and laab cauliflower. Both were large portions and very flavorful, like nothing I've had before. I can't wait to come back and try more options.
Pretty presentation. Food was good but more western flavored than authentic flavors. Got the chicken laab, eggrolls, mushroom jeow and thai tea. Kinda pricey. My take out total was $32.
The phone does not eat first with Thum so apologies for no pictures. I genuinely cannot put the food in my mouth fast enough. The Papaya Fries are out of this world phenomenal, truly unreal. They are crispy, salty, and decadent little strings. The egg rolls are the best in the city, it puts whatever you think is your favorite egg roll to shame. The charred beef is cooked to perfection and is not tough/chewy. It literally pulls apart. All the sauces are all amazing. The preparation of the vegetables is mind boggling. I never knew vegetables could be cut so beautifully and they are always so fresh. You must eat here!! Please never close!!
While it doesn’t have the prime real estate in the east end of crossroads the trek is worth the trip. We ordered having no idea what type of food Thum even was, but we were both pleasantly surprised. The presentation is emasculate and the food is exceptional. My Laab chicken was a perfect punch in the mouth of seasoning along with a grouping of fresh vegetables. Highly recommend do not pass up!
Loved everything we got there for lunch today! We had the Laab Chicken seasoned deliciously, the Charred Beef very well cooked, and the Pun Bowl super light and guilt-free. I'm very excited to try more of the menu in the future. They're sticky rice was also delicious.
Everything from here is incredible. The charred beef is out of this world, I love it with the eggplant jeow. I always have to get the egg rolls because they are like nothing I've ever had before. When I'm feeling extra "treat myself" I order the papaya fries or sticky rice balls because they are sooooooo tasty. 100% love this restaurant and hope they stay here forever!
One of the best meals I have ever had in this city, and I got it takeout. I got the egg rolls, which were perfectly crispy and delicious no soggy, oily-ness here, but my entree stole the show. I got the charred beef with the Jeow Som sauce and it was absolute perfection. The beef was tender and perfectly prepared with delicious sauce/seasoning on a bed of tangy vegetables w/ sticky rice. It was so good I'll be dreaming of it until I get my hands on more.
Absolutely amazing. I had the Oua Lao which is Lao sausage. It is so good and reminds me of the Sai Ua back home in Kalasin, Thailand. I recommend everyone to try this Lao and Isaan classic. Even though it's expensive, this is something that is definitely worth the price. Please come here if you want some of the most delicious food on earth.
A new favorite at Crossroads Collective! We tried the grilled chicken, the chicken laab, the Thai iced tea, and the egg rolls. All were excellent. The presentation was beautiful, the flavors bright and unique, and the service friendly. I can't wait to come again and try the cauliflower laab.
