Booked for 8:30am on a Thursday morning. Got there at 8:30 and first off there is no sign indicating where the shop is. Secondly once we knocked on the door no one responded. Called customer service 3x and they all just gave me the location phone number, which is not in service… said they could not do anything about their location not being open. Would not transfer my reservation and kept saying “the location should be opening soon.” It’s now 1.5 hours later and this location looks like a ghost town. Truly a disappointment, I can understand why Thrifty has such a poor rating. You guys need SERIOUS management help, and phone numbers to retail locations that are actually in service.

This place is closed. Don't come here. It still shows up on Thrifty website, I even called into their customer service to verify. When I arrived by Uber, the sign has been taken off and there is nothing in the office. Don't get fooled like I did!!

I will never ever rent a car from thrifty especially from this location. They ripped me off big time. They  will find anything to charge you. Save yourself some troubles and headache and AVOID this place.
