I was first drawn to Three Sisters Floral because the owner, Ruth sounded very helpful and willing to work with me over the phone. However, during the week of my wedding she was impossible to work with. She changed the agreement we had made by increasing the price of the flowers and failing to deliver what I had ordered. She was highly emotional and worked from a standpoint of distrust. She had originally agreed to deliver the flowers on the day of the wedding and to pick up the vases from the venue when the wedding was finished, without cost. She later changed her mind and told me that there would be a $60 charge. The next day she said she would not be able to pick up the vases after the wedding and therefore may not be willing to take care of my centerpieces after all. When I suggested that my father would drop off the vases at her shop the following day, she sharply remarked, "I don't know you from Adam, so how can I expect you to return them?!" I was so shocked by her disrespect and lack of professionalism. I hope no one has the same experience I had at Three Sisters Floral and I suggest to avoid this shop altogether.

I Cannot recommend Three Sisters Floral for your wedding arrangements: Bad business ethics, customer service and product (-7 out of 10)
Patience and 'The benefit of the doubt' is what i extend to businesses when my pizza is an hour and a half late or there is hair in my food or my bicycle didn't get fixed the way I asked but this has truly been the worst experience I've ever had with any business. I would rate it negative stars if I could and I hope to save all you brides-to-be the hassle of ever having to deal with this place. In this case, I am the groom writing this review on behalf of my lovely bride who broke down crying TWICE because of the rudeness of this place. The whole ordeal lasted 5 days just trying to get some simple flowers from the owner, Ruth Razen of Three Sisters Floral.
She not only increased the price on us 3 times but then each time, lied about our written, agreed-upon price and said that each new price change was what we had originally decided on. Not only this but each time reduced the amount of flowers we were getting out of the deal and on the final change of schedule, DOUBLED our agreed price and nearly HALVED the quality / quantity of flowers we were receiving. We agreed on ~$700 of flowers and without ordering anything else, the price magically jumped to about ~$1500 the day before the wedding when we went to finalize the arrangement.
If this was all that had happened I might not be writing this review right now but she insulted my bride to her face and put her in tears. And then my best man, my brother, who is a very gentle and diplomatic person, when he stepped in to take over negotiations on my behalf as I was seeing to other details, she cussed him out and brought him to tears. He told me later he's NEVER felt so demeaned in his entire life. The morning of the wedding, when got what we'd paid for from our hefty non-refundable deposit of $700 (which we'd given her months ago), the flowers had not been prepared: many of them were limp and some of them even brown around the edges. *Apparently this has happened several times to other people*

Then when we asked for a receipt the next day, on the phone, she declared, "I'm done! I'm just done with you people!" - and hung up on us. I called several more times and even asked the chamber of commerce to ask her nicely on our behalf but she refused them as well.
*We are NOT the first couple this has happened to, in fact just two weeks earlier, the same situation happened with another bride-to-be and they ended up not going with Three Sisters Floral. The same person who rescued us actually rescued their flower situation too! I have it on good authority from friends that know Ruth of Three Sisters Floral that she continually does this to people. I have NO idea how she stays in business but regardless - she should not be when she treats people this way.
Please save yourselves the trouble and look elsewhere for flowers!
