The family who owns this small shop are the most lovely people! They remember you when you visit and always greet you with a smile and conversation. The ready-made or made-to-order pita wraps are always fresh, tasty and you can customize them. They're made with care and always filling. You can get baked goods, snacks, and soups on site as well. Great spot to stop on your lunch break in Burnside.

Burnside's best kept secret. They have the most amazing flavorful soups, sandwiches and desserts. It feels like going home. If you are looking to give your body better fuel, you gotta stop in and try their food. It will be the best decision you make. Love the people and can't get enough of the food. I am hooked!

Full size sub with drink for under $12 is hard to beat. The food itself reminds me of Montreal style deli’s with food made to order. Can’t beat the price, food, or speed for lunches in Burnside.

Just had my delicious ham sandwich and turkey soup, the soup tasted just like my mom used to make it...absolutely delicious. The staff are very very friendly and they always greet you with a smile when walking through the door. If you want a nice fresh sandwich go to Three Bears.

Best chicken salad in the city. Decent prices and quick service. Probably the only place in Burnside you can get lunch in under 10 minutes at noon.
