I do not recommend this dealer ship at all.nI Bought a used Toyota tundra with 12,800km on it.nThe truck had sat a lot with salt on it at times.nThe mechanical fitness was done poorly as they pass the truck with rotors and brake pads that where less then 70% braking on the rotors. I drove this truck home 4 hours north of this dealer ships location with poor brakes, not very safe.nThe free oil change they promised me and told me was done before I left the dealership was not done on the truck but the technician took the time to change the sticker in the corner of the windshield.nSo me being mechanically inclined with vehicles, decide to take a look at the brakes when I got home as they did not feel right. For the mechanic to do the inspection on the brakes for the mechanical fitness they would have had to remove all tires on the truck and when I went to remove these tires off the truck the tires were seize right onto the rotors of the truck if these tires where just off the truck the day before they should came off with ease and my sunny dry drive home at the end of May did not seize the rims to the rotors that bad, so the mechanic obviously never took the tires off the truck to do the proper mechanical.nSo after fighting with that I then found the brakes and rotors very corroded and definitely not braking at 75% or higher to properly pass the mechanical inspection.nSo I had to change all the brakes on the truck.nThen while working on the truck I notice the oil drain plug bolt was all corroded to and had obviously not been touch by a wrench or socket in a long time and no clear sign of oil residue anywhere on oil drain pan, just white salt stains on the pan only.nSo I decide to drain the oil and the oil was dark in color and the oil filter was black and very dirty, obviously was not changed in a long time. And my 400km drive home from the dealer ship had not darken so call fresh oil change that much.nSo I decide to call the owner of this dealer ship Chad Howson. And let him know what I found and ask for reimbursement of all the parts I had to buy out my pocket that should have been taken care by the dealer when they made the deal with me.nHad to buy 4 rotors, brake pads all the way around, 8 liters of oil, and oil filter and then not to mention my personal time to do this work that was supposed to be done by this dealer and being with out my new vehicle I just bought, so I could do the work after work on the truck, And also borrow a vehicle to get me around. Very inconvenient to me!!nThe manager was willing to pay for the parts onlynAnd not any of my labor/ my time away from my family while i work on the truck or the inconvenience this caused me. He would not give me an explanation as to why he would not pay for my labor or time. So I said you leave me no choice but to pursue other alternatives, to which he replied you do what you have to do!nTo me that is very poor customer service from a manager and he is openly admitting that this work was not done on my truck if he is willing to pay me for the parts only. Especially when you spend $58,860 for a vehicle and get service like that. That is fraud to me what they did to me at the dealer ship.nJust think about all the other people that they have done this kind of stuff to them and there not even a where of it. Very sad!nSo I give this dealer ship a do not buy a used vehicle off of them at all!! very shady with there mechanical fitness and services they offer.nI recommend shopping at another dealer ship and not this one!
