Staff are super nice. My car has always had great service without being over-sold on additional repairs. The only issue I ever had was a long wait time for a repair on my transmission module. I had to go elsewhere because they were overbooked for the next month...That was a bummer, but highly recommended for your basic car needs.

Great experience again with Antonio DeCandia at Ford Thorncrest! It was because of his care and getting to know my specific needs and working within my budget, he suggested other vehicle options, going beyond and above the regular service, and i ended up going with his option and staying with Ford again. That is exceptional service. I'm confident i will keep going to Antonio as my first option for future vehicles. Ford is fortunate to have someone like Antonio on their Team. Love the Escape Antonio!

At Thorncrest Ford, they go out of their way to make prospective customers feel welcome, no matter how many times you go in to "browse". Zlatko was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and authentic. He patiently answered all my questions and I felt great about my purchase. This is my first Ford and I'm looking forward to sending my kids here for their first cars when the time comes. This dealership goes out of its way to provide a top quality customer experience.

I had the best service that i have ever had at any Ford Dealership. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Barbara and .Carlos sales reps couldn't of been more accommodating . I am very pleased with the service i received and with the vehicle that I purchased. I will definitely recommend Thorncrest Ford to friends and family. Thank you very much Barbara and Carlos for you kind,friendly and personal service that you provided for me. Next Ford I purchase Thorncrest Ford will be my first choice.

Called due to coolant leak. Customer service personnel, Penny - introduced herself, friendly and personable, She directed me to service agent Terry. Furthermore, on booking my appointment, Penny ensured a speedy check in by inputting all my information prior to my arrival. Appointment day, pulling up to the service bay, (which is very clean and organized), service agent Terry had all the paperwork prepared and everything flowed seamlessly. Terry was a pleasure to deal with and the experience from that point on was even better. Get this...The leak was fixed, originally quoted 2 separate leaks, at a reasonable cost, BUT now the dealership went “above and beyond”, replacing the whole System as this was the logical solution upon further investigation. (I paid only the original quote, WOW, what savings and exceptional service). I am grateful for the attention to detail and care. Oh ya, almost forgot, Terry also asked the mechanic on the job if he could look at my exhaust system, they acted by securing a clamp a clamp to the muffler, fixing a big vibration issue, now the Explorer is running great. Too everyone there, Gratitude and love Christopher Orticello
