Took a coat in that could be either dry cleaned or washed. Lady there showed me how to operate the washer, and I returned 45 minutes later, 1 minute before the shop was due to shut, to collect. Great service!!
I live around the corner. I walked in a few weeks ago to inquire about washing some normal sized duvets and pillows. There was a lovely lady there I think she might have been the owner, who explained which machine to use, how long it would take 30 min to wash, 20 min to dry, what it cost, what fits in one machine, what washing powder. Excellent service, so I came back today with the goods. It took ages for somebody to appear from the back, this was a different lady who was being totally unhelpful and difficult. It was clear she wanted to go home early. It was almost 15:30, but I was too late according to her to do a 50 min wash and dry before 17:00. She insisted that I could only put one item per machine, the machine was not even 1/3 full when I put one summer duvet in it! Well, in that case, I needed to use more machines, but that was not allowed either. In the end, I just gave up and left frustrated. Never again.
A Lovely gentleman served me here. Nice and simple 5 pounds for 16lb and 6 and 7 pounds according to size and weight requirements.
I was impressed at the organisation but a little bit on the expensive side for my liking. The £6 made sense but it is now £10.50 Excellent service though
Having checked opening times on the internet, I arrived at the Launderette at 5pm to do a wash and discovered it shuts at 5 pm on a Thursday not at 6 pm as advertised!! Not good. I recommend phoning to make sure of times - lesson learnt!!
Lovely friendly really helpful staff. They were so kind when my other half was very poorly.
Friendly staff being new in the area the ladies here were helpful in everyway great service
