From start to finish, Duane made an unbearably difficult time seamless for our family. He truly has a heart bigger than his body and we are forever grateful to him & his team. Losing a loved one is hard enough, so it is beyond reassuring to know that their best interests and ours were of the utmost importance. Duane we cannot thank you enough.
Director at this facility needs to look for a different line of work. She lacks empathy, people skills and knowledge of the work. Owner on the other hand is pretty decent. I'm sure a lot of people miss Bob Jones' professionalism.
I was very impressed with Rosanna and Pam's professionalism and attention to detail. They were understanding and compassionate.
In dealing with Duane and his staff, our family found them very professional and caring during our time of sorrow.
