Over priced. It takes the boss too come look at a job then he send two others after. Then will send another guy before the job starts wasted time unprofessional cocky guy that's a know it all. BEWARE!!!!

Terrible company to deal with, we have had the displeasure to be supplying products for T.A Thompson, but their lack of professional knowledge for installation has led to several product failures. They are now trying to make others cover the costs of their wrong doing as they could not connect the products according to the right standards of install. No junction box, not securing their wires and even trying to patch their dangerous work with silicone on wires they had removed insulation on once their first work began leaking into the fixture. A company that does not work well with its suppliers as they see them as ships they need to shear to their advantage acting like bullies. Definite stay away, just look at the pictures and see for yourself
