Thompson’s came highly recommended, however, the service is pitiful. I’ve always been taught that the customer should always be treated respectfully since one’s business depends on them. Nevertheless, I accompanied a friend of mine, and Olympia, who is working at the front desk, was downright insulting and demeaning to my friend. I was shocked since in 60 years of my life, I have never encountered such rudeness on the part of staff towards their customers. Advice for Olympia: if you’re unhappy with your life, don’t take it out on the customer. Advice for the management at Thompdon’s: fire Olympia before she has the chance of demeaning and insulting more customers.

Called today to see if they have curbside pickup. I was treated rudely, repeatedly talked over top of and hung up on. I had an emergency remedy I needed for severe trauma which I didn't even get to ask my question about - this is not the 1st time I have been treated this way. My homeopath and mentor has been using them 40+ years and it is an unfortunate situation because the quality of the product is good but the service leaves a bad taste...I'm thinking maybe they need to take some of their own medicines. Truly heartbreaking

There is no better, more genuine homeopathy company than this one. I once was looking for calendula cream by Thompsons but I couldn’t find it anywhere and based on experience I knew that theirs is the best and didn’t want to waste my money on other brands. My search brought me to the source, Thompsons homeopathy, and they were even out. After going there few times and talking on the phone with them, I realized why I couldn’t find their calendula cream anywhere, and why it is by far the best one in the market. The reason was that they only use high quality products and the supply of higher quality calendula flowers was low. Instead of making their cream with any calendula that’s easily found anywhere, and impacting the integrity and quality of this well liked brand, they preferred to wait until the top quality ingredient was again available. I am sure they took a hit by doing this but my level of respect for this company skyrocketed and I’ve been their customer for more than 6 years now. I’m truly surprised by some of the negative reviews. It will be great if other companies up their quality too and create positive competition in the market instead of leaving fake negative reviews. Thanks Thompsons for being there and producing such quality products.

Amazing amazing collection of remedies!! I am so very happy and grateful that there is a pharmacy for homeopathy remedies in Toronto. The lady was busy when we went but after she was done helping the previous customer, she took time to talk to me about my specific issue and the remedies. She is extremely knowledgeable! There was one remedy we were a bit confused about and she took down 3 books to confirm and ensure I got the correct remedy. She also shared priceless info about my issue - such info is only acquired by years of experience and education. It was a wonderful experience and as i was walking out, an older man walked in and sat down. I saw her come out from the counter and go to the customer so he did not have to get up and stand. This was my 1st experience at Thompson's and most definitely not my last time coming. Thank you, Thompson's!

Great source for homeopathic supplies and recommended. They have an abundance of remedies, each in various strengths. Staff are very courteous as well - my naturopath prescribed me something of course they had it and I didn't;t need assistance from them but I am quite sure they are very knowledgeable as well.

I certainly agree about the service here, whoever owns this business needs to change some of the staff before the place closes down. I had a very negative experience when dealing with the dark haired lady with glasses, very grumpy looking and abrupt, left a bad feeling even tho I spent close to $100 there. The blonde lady was more helpful, but I recd next to no knowledge on what I was buying, was told to look on internet!
