The Thomas Street Clinic is a good clinic, and it has so much potential. I moved to the area during covid but have since moved back to my previous city. I had a medical scare this summer that was super stressful and they were supportive, however the follow through has been subpar. I tried to book an over the phone appointment which was done during covid but those have ceased. And because I’m out of region, there’s pressure on me to find another family doctor which isn’t so easy, is it. They’ve also advised me to not go to walk-ins so much because they get dinged… but won’t facilitate a virtual appointment. It’s stressful and disappointing.
This is my family doctor's office NOT A CLINIC! I am seeing the resident here and he's extremely nice. Very patient and listens to you, not rushing you through like I have been before by other residents. Dr. Morrison is an ok doctor but lately I find she is seeing too many patients and is always in a hurry and rushing you...
