Great coffee! The ladies are all smiley and attentive. Food is really tasty and big size portions. There’s not skimping here lol I will be back for sure.

Come to Thomas's Family Dining on Thursday for the most amazing German Tomato Soup. I love the Polish Plate that comes with Kielbasa, Pierogi, Stuffed Cabbage, Mashed Potatoes, and Sauerkraut. You'll need a to go box! Post COVID-19 update: Thomas's is fully operational, with dividers between booths, hand sanitizers at each table was well. The wait staff is amazing, and so are the chefs! New tech in place had the waitress taking your order on a wireless device then she takes payment right at the table too! Tonight we had apple pie and butter pecan ice cream for dessert. The pie was so good, and it turns out they bake it on site!

The first clue was that this place was packed still at 1:30 on a weekday. A really good sign. Sure enough, service and food were both top-notch. Clearly the locals know what a gem this place is. I was excited to find a number of Polish items on the menu, including city chicken. I got one of two Polish plates, the one with city chicken on it. The second Polish plate is the same, but has Dearborn brand kielbasa instead. I started with a bowl of French onion soup, which I always try when it’s on a menu. Everything except the French onion soup was outstanding, my only regret was that I couldn’t eat more. The soup was ok, but nothing special. The waitress even brought out a new round of drinks unprompted, because there was some confusion about who actually got regular Coke vs. Diet Coke. Didn’t get to try the wonderful looking pies and cakes near the door in a dessert case, that can be my goal for my next visit.

I highly recommend!! Awesome food! Reasonable prices and friendly staff!!! Best dinner we’ve had out to eat in a LONG time!!!

It's soup weather... and the soup here is on point! Multiple options! Take out or dining in. Chicken noodle was fantastic and so is the French onion togo!Food: 5/5

Brunch menu leaves a lot to be desired. “Homemade Hash” almost certainly comes out of a can. For that they lack in brunch, they make up for with their delightful Polish menu. Still love this place all the same, just hope they work to offer a better, more honest brunch experience in the future.

Never had a bad thing from the menu. The traverse city cherry pancakes were phenomenal. The pecan crusted chicken is amazing. The polish plates are fantastic, too. Always a favorite place to go.Food: 5/5

In the realm of local family diners Thomas's stands out. I've been here a few times now and each time I've been impressed. These days it's easy to drop $30+ on 2 people eating out. If you value your money like I do then you want to give your money to an experience that's worthwhile. This is that place. With phenomenal comfort food in abundance and a broad but not ridiculous menu I think even the pickiest will find a few options. The Pierogis are what some might say their best known meal and they do not disappoint! I love their soups and club sandwiches, too. Diner food is easy, but Thomas's is that level above. It just seems fresher and lovingly made. In terms of atmosphere the service is amazing and everyone looks happy. The hum of a full house is inviting and as you look around you see a lot of families and folks enjoying themselves! Highly recommend.

Extremely clean establishment. Food just like mom would make. Tuna salad with dill and capers was amazing. Fresh squeezed orange juice for breakfast served until 3pm. Waitress accommodated my 6 year old niece's request for plain spaghetti noodles with butter. Waitstaff is friendly, efficient, and professional. Owner should be proud of their staff, their managers, and themselves for running such a great establishment. Wish there were a Thomas's in Saline.

We love this little family restaurant. Service is great. Food is good and pie is delicious. You pay right at the table with your card and your out of there. We go here after church. Little crowded but wait is never too long.Food: 5/5
