Tom Jones Jr. represented me in more than a few matters. My divorce, child support and custody. He represented me vigorously and he knew case law and applied it appropriately. He’s a bulldog and will fight tooth and nail to win for you and get a favorable outcome.
Attorney Jones represented us in an employment matter. He was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He was very prepared and professional during hearings. We highly recommend him.

We had a very bad experience with him he was sitting in the side in court and we needed to be our owen attorneys after he let the other side push it for three month then after we got possession he left the tenants staying there without an excuse i heard when he was younger he was a good attorney
Tom Jones is a grossly incompetent attorney. PLEASE read all of his reviews before retaining him because they all say just about the same thing...he takes your money and then abandons you, which is exactly what he did to me. I consulted with and retained Attorney Jones for a simple matter of requesting reimbursement for a family estate. After four weeks of him ignoring every single one of my phone calls yes you are reading this correctly—after he cashed my check he NEVER returned a phone call, I requested a refund. I just now found out that opposing counsel had been trying to contact him the entire time that I had retained him to settle the matter in my favor. I would have been better off going to legal aid or handling the matter myself.
I wouldn't give him any stars cause he is one of those lawyers that only cares about the money. I paid him $2200 for a dui case, and then he wanted another $1000 , and because I didn't have the money he petitioned the court to remove himself from my case. When I first talked to him a out taking my case, he never even asked me my version of what happened. He just read my arrest affidavit. Stay away from him and find someone who is on your side.
