I would give this place zero stars if I could. My husband and I been coming here coming here for past couple of years. We had our taxes done here recently. Took them three weeks to complete when they only said a couple of days. When self employ they only count writeoffs they choose to use. Most of my writeoffs were not counted.This place is nothing but a s***show.
This bookkeeper is not a CPA, and has messed up my taxes and has costed me thousands of dollars to fix all of her mistakes. I don’t see how she’s still in business. She doesn’t communicate with her clientele, and she doesn’t return calls. I had to hire an actual CPA to help me fix her mistakes.. Lesson learned and never again will I trust her to do my taxes.

Honestly, the most efficient bookkeeping business I've experienced in my life. Plus they give me excellent results. I now live hours away but I'd not think of having any other service touch my business. I have total trust because they earned it the right way.
Absolute horrible service! Zero communication! I hired this company to do my business bookkeeping and taxes and they’ve done a horrible job! I would not recommend anyone to go to this establishment for professional business service! They had a very nonchalant I don’t care type attitude but still wants you to pay them for bad service! If I could write them a half of a star I would!
I have been going to Thomas Bookkeeping for 6 years now. My taxes are very difficult as I have many 1099 and W2s from both an Acting as well as a racing pitcrew member. My taxes are usually done by the next day or two and I have always been able to get 1on1 time when requested if I need any help or suggestions. I drive 20 miles past many Tax Prep places to go here, and its been worth the trip every time. Thanks Ladies.
I have been going to Thomas bookkeeping for many years, they are top notch, trustworthy and very accurate. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bookkeeper or someone to do their taxes.
Guess I should have read the reviews before dropping my taxes off in March. I was told an extension was filed but don't have a copy and was told after calling them once a month that my taxes would be complete "next" or "she'll call you if she needs something". So today, I said I'd be in to pick up my paperwork and nothing done/documented. No bill either, smart on their part. Highly disappointed! Do not recommend for new clients!
Took over 3 months to prepare taxes. Cost $2,500 in penalties and interest. Never again.
