We care about our patients and commit to providing them with the best dental care. We are proud to be a part of our North Vancouver community.

Story

We are a family dental office located in North Vancouver, BC. We strive to provide the most gentle and friendly dentistry, using the most current technologies. Each patient is offered an individual treatment plan suited to their mouth and their unique needs. We place health first by implementing a latex-free environment.
Third Street Dental is presently accepting new patients. The whole family, including kids are welcome. We look forward to seeing you soon! Please note that we have free parking for our patients just west of our clinic.

Dr. Skinner is the best! I brought my very shy toddler in to see her and she was able to sit on my lap and have this fun "intro" to the dentist. She was able to sit still and wasn't scared. She's an excellent dentist and great with kids. She is professional and warm-hearted. I would recommend her to anyone.

I've been a patient at Third Street Dental for about 2 years now- I only wish I'd been introduced to Dr. Melissa Skinner and her amazing team sooner!! The team is friendly, informative and patient! Most importantly, she doesn't pressure you to do any dental work that you don't need, she's honest and will do everything in her power to ensure you leave happy with your teeth (via dental work or a plan towards the perfect smile). I wholeheartedly recommend entrusting your dental needs with Dr. Skinner and her team- I make the drive in from Burnaby to see her specifically! **Also, I love that Naz, the receptionist will send you reminder emails regarding upcoming appointments!

I know it’s strange, but I’ll say it… …we look forward to going to the dentist! My wife has been going to Third Street Dental since she was five years old. 25 years later, our whole family goes to this clinic (even though we live in Fairview). Dr. Skinner and her team are exceptional! Her staff are caring and considerate. They educate you and find ways to make you as comfortable as possible during every procedure. They take a genuine interest in your life and wellbeing and it is evident in their care. Recently we took our two year old son in for his first visit and we were pleasantly surprised by how easily the team at Third Street Dental handled a nervous toddler. If you are looking for a clinic that does great work and won’t make you dread going to the dentist — you found it!
