I started working with Deborah to develop and refine strategies for my coaching business about a month ago. Deborah's a great coach, mentor, and consultant and I highly recommend her for anyone who's interested in bringing their business to the next level. As others mentioned in their review, she's got a great positive and energetic presence and I feel charged up after I have our sessions!
I worked with Deborah on strategic visioning and let me tell you that she knows what she is doing! We had 3 very insightful sessions who helped me understand my business vision, where I was really going and what it will take me to get there. Even if I had a vision in my head, Deborah was there to channel my thoughts and to give me the tools and ideas to make it work. I have now created new services for my event services agency and I can't thank her enough. I highly recommend Deborah and ThinkPartner!
Deborah is a great business coach! She hears and understands what a client says so she can ask the right questions to either focus your thinking or to get you to think creatively. She helps get ideas out of your head, organized and turned into actionable measurable steps within a strategic plan. Deb helped me plan, create and execute a successful business strategy/model and continues to hold me accountable for staying on track and working the plan but also pivots when necessary. She is enthusiastic while teaching the critical thinking skills required to jump to the next level in business and supportive when applying those newly acquired skills.
