Came here to get 2 Keys made. Don't bother. I knew they wouldn't work.... Rep insisted they were fine. Not even the right key width used... Let alone the matching cut. As if people have time to go back and forth to the mall for Keys! Such nonsense.
Ordered a pen to be engraved. Asked to come back another day because it takes about an hour once process started and they only have one machine and other customers waiting. Went back almost a week later and they had it engraved but with a huge scratch next to the engraving. They either made a mistake while trying to engrave it or the machine slipped. I didn't want to pay that much for a engraved pen as a gift for someone and have an obvious defect on it. So they offered to do another one. Asked us to come back in about an hour and they will do it first. Go back about an hour later and they said they haven't even started it and asked if we can come back another day. Seriously, I don't know what they do there but it's run by a bunch of monkeys. Stay the hell away from there.
I went to get a key cut and the woman working rolled her eyes at me and said "ya the machines not working today but maybe tomorrow". I get if you don't want to do your job or don't know how to cut keys but really rolling your eyes at a customer and telling them to try the next day?
Very interesting store. The prices were very inexpensive. I purchased a sterling silver pendant and chain. Absolutely beautiful. The staff member was very helpful.
Shamsha was really helpful, also did a great job with engraving in a short period of time.
Very Friendly with great suggestions.. and finishing was really awesome as described!
Very poor service. Don’t ever pay extra for gift wraps cz they don’t the meaning of gift wrapping.
