Our clinque has a cosy cheerfully decorated waiting room . We don't rush you , we book off 30. minute appointment times should you need it and our Vets personally follow up with you after any treatment.

We've been so impressed by the surgical skills of Dr. Ben, with the spay and neuter of both of our dogs. Incision was minimal and precise. Fine stitch work. Recovery was extremely easy and fast. no cones smooth.
The staff are absolute angels. They are the most compassionate team and they treat us and our dogs with respect and dignity. I can't thank you all enough for caring for our furbaby during his last few days with us and now our puppy. True gems!
My wife and I became a fist time dog owner, of a 2.5 months old bichon named Tofu. Fortunately, we found Thicketwood. The team here are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and most importantly, they clearly show that they sincerely care for Tofu's health. They answered our 101 questions patiently and honestly, it is so reassuring to have a team that welcomes questions and care to groom you into good and responsible dog owner, instead of focusing on profit. Thicketwood team, Tofu and us cannot thank you enough! : Highly recommended.
We recently took our cat to Thicketwood Vet Hospital because she had stopped eating and drinking for more than a day. We were greeted by name, and meet the vet who apologized for not being able to access our file yet because we came from Uxbridge. She was able to access the file from another computer later on. The vet asked about our cat’s situation and then examined her very carefully. Nothing was obvious so we agreed to have bloodwork done. There were at least 3 vet techs attending. They returned our cat and one of the vet techs explained what had been done. Everyone was very caring and gave us every opportunity to ask questions or get clarification. The vet tech followed up the next day to see how our cat was doing and the vet called two days after our visit with the bloodwork results and explained all of the tests. The good news is that our cat is just fine now and has completely recovered from her ailment. Thank you to all at Thicketwood!
We had received a recommendation from our daughter who is a customer of Thicketwood’s sister clinic in Uxbridge. We were signed up as new customers immediately and without hesitation. Our first visit required a second opinion on a concerning diagnosis from another clinic. The staff and Dr. Cecilia went out of their way to make the visit stress free for our dog and we had a positive result with the examination. And the owner is welcome to come into the clinic with their pet as well as be with our dog during the examination. A really great experience all around.

Great local vet, super friendly staff and they always treat my pets with great care!
The people who work there were very kind to me and my dog. They gave me options on how to look after my sick dog, and gave my wife and I time and privacy to discuss which option we wanted to try. Our dog is doing well and I wouldn't hesitate to take her there again. Plus the ladies there let me practice my terrible Portuguese !
Great visit with our brand new kitten Bean. They took great care of her and gave her the shots that she needs to stay healthy. I was impressed with the amount of time Dr. Ben spent with me to explain everything that we needed to do for a new kitten. I really appreciated the information I was given at the visit and the care they gave to our newest family member. :
