I had a great experience with Thermobilt a few years back so we decided to purchase again. We got our front door and backyard door replaced last Fall and I continue to be impressed with the quality of these doors. I searched for a good solution for my backyard door and ended up custom-fitting a sliding door with Thermobilt. I was so impressed by their courteous sales people and professional installers. Thanks Robert and team!
April Shi, a cheerful and energetic sales lady, gave us a 100% satisfactions for our backyard door and windows with Vito's professional installation. All the details are cared with heart as you can see from pictures. The price is not the highest or the cheapest because we choose the inside shutters which is the beautiful scene door which my wife liked it very much. Their boss even bought them Tim Hortons and double checked the installation to make sure of our satisfaction. April Shi explained the details of Ontario government rebate program which is really a good opportunity for us.
We had Thermo-Bilt Windows and Doors come in to replace our front door and rear sliding door. The process was very easy, our salesperson Danny was a pleasure to deal with, he stayed on top of thing during the entire process and kept us informed. The installation crew did a great job and had everything done in a timely manner. We are very happy with our experience.
I wanted to replace my aluminum patio door because it's drafty and makes my energy bills higher. I am glad that I had Thermo-Bilt to do the work! The new door is a well-insulated high-end product and I've seen numbers going down on my energy bill! The installers are very professional and cleaned up upon completion. I am very happy with this service!
I was able to get my windows and 3 doors done by Thermo-Bilt. My experience dealing with this company was a complete success as I was given the best experience from any other contractor that I have ever dealt with in the past! I feel that I got the best quality windows and doors and also the best installation to go with the product at a very decent price. There is no hesitation for me to recommend Thermo-Bilt for anyone looking for windows and doors.
Update! I wrote a review as I was frustrated about the lack of communication. I got a call right away, Cindy was kind and helpful. We organized a video call and they helped me fix my problem within 10 mins… I’m so happy and impressed! I had a good experience when they wanted my money, the product was fine. However when I had an issue with the latching, I called a year later, left messages and emails.. I tried again after 2 years and never heard from them. I’m still waiting… so I’m disappointed as I bought 5 windows and a patio door from them, it was not a small job. Happy to write another review if someone from this company would actually follow up and honour their warrantee.

Had a great experience with ThermoBilt from the initial quote right to the final cleanup. The team was on time, respectful, efficient, cleaned up after they were done and our new patio door looks amazing and glides open and closed with no effort. I highly recommend ThermoBilt team.

Terrible after sales experience. Stay away from the sales representative Rob Coulter. My mom is an 84 year old recent widow who is blind. 2 windows in her basement are incomplete. You can view the unfinished work in their photos section closer to the end. This problem has been going on since Dec 7, 2017 with Rob unwilling to fix the issue. I escalated the matter to a Cindy on January 23/2018 who stated she would get back to me and I'm still waiting. March 6, 2018 I tried calling your company and the receptionist rudely hung up the phone on me stating the owner advised the staff not to speak to me.
