I ordered Theo’s Spinach & Bacon salad in the full size for $14.95, that included the Peameal bacon and Greek dressing, added Gyro meat for $4.25, added breaded mushrooms for $6.95, subtotal $25.45, NYS tax $2.04, total $27.49. I ordered online, they use a service called toast tab.com which was difficult to navigate, and I had to create an account. My wife was in the restaurant and brought my food home. I first opened the mushrooms and ate six of the 12; they tasted great, not overly greasy. When I opened the salad next, I could not believe how small the portions were for the price, and the Gyro meat consisted of two tiny pieces. Also, I thought they forgot the Peameal bacon until I noticed a small piece of foil under the salad, opened it and found two paper thin slices. Quite disappointed with the portions for the price. Will give it the taste test now, but don’t think I would ever try it again.
We were in town for a wedding weekend and saw Theo’s on the way in which seemed like the perfect place to get breakfast. Everything was delicious and the service was amazing. Chrisann was helpful, friendly and attentive. It was everything we had hoped for and more. If I am ever out here again I would absolutely come back!
Service was great! We were a large party with 3 toddlers. The staff was amazing I forget our waitresses name. She gave us the large room so that we could let the kids run. Everyone enjoyed the food. Definitely will keep this place in mind for when we do our next train ride! Kid-friendliness: Staff and other patrons were extremely patient with potty training toddlers and the constant running back and forth across the restaurant. Parking: Super easy and accessible parking.
We made a reservation for 5:45 for 16. Yes a big group but they were aware. Got seat farely quickly. That's were the good service stopped. Restaurant wasn't busy. Upon ordering, we were notified as we ordered of items out of stock. Only 2 options for appetizers. Everyone ordered loaded fries, fries with bacon and cheese. First order of loaded fries was served at 705. The restaurant closes at 7! After that dinner trickled out starting at 720. As of this writing, still waiting for some dinners to be served. Was not a good experience and most certainly won't be returning. Would've appreciated us being turned away if they couldn't have accommodated us. Would've understood.
Absolute trash top to bottom, making the order was a challenge and it's self. I ask for delivery they say ok, my order arrives and it's missing all the sides for the entrées and neither of the gyros had sauce on them. Call back to complain to find out that they don't have a delivery driver and they used a costumer to deliver my food! WTH! So they try to credit me $5 dollars saying they don't have anyone to bring the already paid for items. After a few calls and a half hour wait they finally sent the items. Terrible experience.
Never expected the food we got in that little restaurant in arcade its the thing! And lots of it, and the waiter was Fantastic! Best Greek food i ever had.Food: 5/5
First time we went here the chicken was stone cold raw. They didn’t have us pay which was nice. Second time we went here my plate defiantly was not clean. I ordered a Ruben and if you’ve ever had a Ruben you know there is no mayo on it. Under my very rough looking pickle was a glob of mayo. I picked it off with my finger to see what it was, and it was mayo. Food itself was decent but the only fantastic quality is that it is the only place open on a Sunday.
Good solid Greek/American food. We were in a group of 20 with only one waitress so the service was not the best. She did the best she could. The restaurant should have assigned at least 2 peoples to serve us.
First of all the waitress was amazing. But the food is less then par. The first thing I ordered they didn't have. When I did get my hot beef sandwich it was cold and so was the gravy and mashed potatoes. Also when the food was about to come out after 45 minutes then we got informed that they ran out of other food for one of my guest. Also another guest got the wrong lettuce on her solvalki and she don't like it. The Manger told me it was because they was busy and I should understand. But I don't understand why I got cold food or not what I ordered.
The place was busy when we got there. So wait time we knew would be longer. Took a while to get our drinks. Took a while to get our food. My first cup of coffee was good. They made a fresh pot for me. I was fine to wait. The 2nd... They tried to cover up the fact they had messed the coffee up. The coffee was no longer fresh tasting. Idk what happened with the fresh cup of coffee but it was not the same. The pot was full to the top where the pour spout was. And the lady was making excuses for whatever reason. The lady behind me complaining she had coffee grounds in hers. This was dinner time on a sunday. My babe ordered The trash plate. I ordered the meatloaf plate. With mashed potatoes and tomato soup. When they finally brought our food out they brought us the meatloaf plate and a Reuben sandwich plate. She said it all down on the table then when we go to point out we didn't order a Reuben she picked the plate up and went and put it back in the window. Brought his trash plate to him. Both were horrible. Horrible! When my soup came out, you could tell it was nothing but straight up Campbell soup out of the can. My mashed potatoes were not mashed. They took a baked potato and chopped it up and poured gravy over it. The meatloaf wasn't worth eating either. The trash plate looked and tasted horrible. It was literal trash. This was the worst $40 I've spent in a long time. The meat sauce tasted like canned shiftboard the ravioli meat sauce. The hamburger meat they put on there was burnt and nothing but a big glob of meat. The patties were not patties. They were more like a ball. Our dogs got to enjoy our $40 meal that night. They loved it so I'm glad somebody did. I normally don't write a bad review and I even waited to write this one. It was actually a Saturday. Not Sunday as I stated earlier. The Saturday after Thanksgiving. We will never be back to this joint. But if you enjoy over paying for canned food, This is your place. Who knows maybe it's better at breakfast time but my experience that night left the both of us not wanting to ever set foot in that place again. And would highly recommend that nobody else does either. Literally everyone that came in after us by time we were all ready to leave you could tell everyone was in a bad mood. And very upset that the weight was so long. And whoever got the Ruben sandwich after it had done been set on our table hopefully it tasted better than what ours did.
