The Zoo is doing some pretty awesome stuff this year, from renovating the hallway and bar, to offering a wider selection of beers on tap. It's also good to know that the campus bar at the U of L is certified by AGLC's Best Bar None.
I also really like the redesign in the overall Menu and I think that the BYOBurger option is nice, especially considering that I eat there all the time. I enjoy the easy-going atmosphere for casual dining that The Zoo offers during the day (it's a nice break from classes). I also enjoy the transformation to a more relaxed atmosphere when happy hour hits.
The Zoo offers a wide selection of food, drink, and good times.

Great food, great service. The food was fresh, warm and delicious. The space was comfortable. Our orders were taken fast and delivered even faster. Waitress was extremely friendly. Food was amazing value for its low price. Will definitely return at some point.

Service was a little slow as they appear to have new staff. Overall not bad but a typical University bar that is a little run down.
